The initial setup was a bit confusing, but I set it up the day before my trip to Spain began, and it was great that I could use it right up until the day of my trip, just as I had planned. The signal was weak only at one restaurant in Madrid, but it worked well overall in Madrid, Granada, Ronda, Seville, Segovia, and Nerja, so I think I will repurchase it if I need it again :D
I haven't used the customer service, so I can't comment on that.★

During this trip, I used the service in Barcelona and Seville, Spain; Faro (southern Portugal); and Lisbon, Portugal. The phone was installed on my iPhone 13 Pro Max, and connections were stable throughout. Note that these areas are not Orange's primary service areas, so roaming for the SIM card needed to be enabled, which slightly increased battery consumption. I also used my phone's hotspot for connecting my laptop, and the connection remained stable. I highly recommend this e-SIM service; the price is reasonable, and the service quality is consistent.★

I used the Europe eSIM (5G/4G, Daily/Total Data Package) during my trip through Finland and Norway, and it worked flawlessly from start to finish. Activation was simple with the QR code, and the 24‑hour billing window made it really convenient to track usage.
Coverage was excellent—strong 5G in major cities like Helsinki and Oslo, and surprisingly stable 4G even in more remote areas and during fjord trips. Speeds were fast enough for navigation, video calls, and uploading travel photos without any issues.
