Overall, it was very good. There might have been a few occasional disconnections when driving in areas with no signal. It was well worth the 10-day trip. I used the internet almost constantly because I was driving, and needed Google Maps and music. I barely needed to use the hotel Wi-Fi at all. It's great! I've saved it as a favorite and will definitely buy it again.

Initially, we had problems using the product when we arrived in Japan. It took us a long time to communicate with the staff for assistance before we were able to use it. Thank you so much for the (very) cheap products and such helpful staff.
