I chose this service based on reviews and price, thinking that 1-2G a day would be enough, but the installation wasn't particularly difficult and I had no issues with the signal. I'm glad I could use it for 10 days for under 1000 yen. I honestly don't know much about customer support, as I've never had to deal with them.

The hotel is good, the front desk check-in, check-out speed is very fast, the staff is more professional. But it is not recommended to go to Xitang for any public holiday. It is two hours faster than walking 3 kilometers from the highway to Xitang Scenic Area. And Xitang has more people at night, about because there is no ticket, the road of the misty rain corridor is very narrow, almost to be squeezed into the water.
