I bought an e-SIM and received the installation file with the QR code for my iPhone. I installed everything quickly, the internet is flying, everything is simple and convenient. I also bought a Xiaomi T12 for my mom, who unfortunately doesn't support e-SIM technology. We contacted technical support and asked for the reservation number and the name of the service provider where we purchased it, as the SIM wasn't activated. We received a refund. A button appeared at the top of the order form that I had to press within 30 minutes to request a refund, followed by a button to cancel the reservation. Thank you very much for your convenience and solution.

Purchasing and setting it up was incredibly easy. I used to buy them at the airport or on Amazon, but now I don't need to go through that hassle anymore. I had a layover in Ho Chi Minh City and traveled to Kuala Lumpur and Singapore, and I was able to use it immediately after landing in Ho Chi Minh City. Rakuten Mobile took quite a while to become usable, so I'm glad I bought this SIM card.
