Shangri-La Saliya Hotel in Sabah is very good, because it is a honeymoon tour, I informed Trip.com customer service on the phone for the purpose of our itinerary, Trip.com notified the hotel, there was a surprise when we entered the room, the bed was covered with roses with a big love, The hotel room manager wrote us a greeting card and sent us fruit and chocolate. Esim was easy to install and use. Used in Turkey and Germany. Lost signal in some underground station in Istanbul. Otherwise it is very reliable service.
