Meeting place was easy to find but transport was a white mini van which wasn’t as described, had to approach a gentleman to confirm it was for us. Journey there was easy and simple! The spa itself was amazing, 10/10, 100% recommend!!!!! For the journey back they got us an all paid for uber which was there within 2 mins and took us back!

Its fantastic place, clean and beautiful. They charged us for the 20 extra minutes we stayed. I think they could be a bit more flexible, especially when it comes to families with children.

Due to my own fault, I had a few issues with the pick up spot. The driver actually sat my friend in the front seat to point me out and drove to the spot where I took a video of as to where I was lost! The driver picked me up with a big friendly smile and I wasn’t made at all to feel like a burden. Such a friendly, cool, sweet guy. Transport was perfect and couldn’t be any better. The spa itself was just perfect, absolutely go for the best package if possible as you don’t wanna miss out! A must-do in Romania. Pick the longest time slot you can, you’ll still wish you had more time! Thank you so much

What a place. All day access to the whole venue was fabulous. Would defo recommend the full day. Ample loungers, reasonable prices got good & drink, clean and organised, extra add ons you can take part in if you wish. Day time verses night time is not comparable…. Almost feels like 2 different places. Fantastic transfer for our trip in a luxurious Merc. Our driver could not have been any more accommodating.
