We ended up getting a private tour with Mara, as no one else booked, and she was a fantastic guide! She shared about her life in Latvia, showed us some must-see stops, and entertained us with some local stories. The place we stopped to get pastries for lunch was so cute and the sweet and savory pastries were delicious. She also shared two amazing recommendations for dinner and rooftop drinks in Riga after she dropped us back off! It was a great first day in Latvia and made our experience walking around old town the next day even more valuable with the little tidbits she had shared.★

A great day tour to explore four castles outside of Riga with a very kind and accommodating Jurijs as both our driver and tour guide in one. He was very informative with all our questions and didn’t rush us in spending time in each of the places. On the castles, we specifically liked more the Cēcis Castle with a guided tour and multimedia film on the history of the castle but all the other castles Sigulda and Turaida are also interesting and worth visiting along with the Araisi lake dwelling site and the ski hill. Bravo and Liels Paldies again to Jurijs. 👏🏻👏🏻👏🏻★

During my 10-day independent trip to Switzerland in March 2026, I used eSIM for internet access throughout. The overall experience was stable and efficient. From receiving the QR code after purchase to completing the setup, it took only a few minutes to activate, without needing to change a physical SIM card. This is a huge plus for travelers with tight schedules.
📡 In Zurich, Lucerne, Interlaken, and the Jungfrau region, the network performance was generally stable. Signal strength in urban areas was almost perfect; navigation, checking train schedules, and uploading photos were all smooth. In mountainous areas or on moving trains, the signal occasionally weakened or became briefly unstable, but it remained within acceptable limits and did not affect overall usability.
⚙️ The biggest advantage of eSIM is its convenience. It allows you to retain your original phone number, ensuring uninterrupted reception of important messages. This is extremely useful for those who need to check transportation information or adjust their itineraries on the fly. Customer service response time was acceptable, and basic issues were resolved effectively.
Overall, if your needs are "stable availability + time saving," this eSIM is a reliable choice for use in Switzerland. However, if you expect to maintain high-speed network access in remote mountainous areas, it's advisable to lower your expectations, as terrain factors still play a role.
