I loved this class so much that I have booked another class in 2 days! Different recipes so I really will get a good coverage of Louisiana cooking. Thank you so much.

This walking tour was so great! Our tour guide Thomas was amazing, very informative and charismatic. Although we got down poured on through a portion of the trip, we enjoyed our time. The beignets are delicious, you get your choice of beignets at each of the establishments, as well as choice of one drink at the first stop: PJs Coffee. You also get a short history and tour of the Garden Distric as well. Overall, great walking tour to add to your NOLA checklist.

Russell was very knowledgeable about New Orleans history. Alligator sausage was delectable, and the views of French market were beautiful!

Dylan was so knowledgeable and engaging. The hurricane was amazing as was the daiquiri. The gumbo was good too. Good company and a thoroughly enjoyable tour.
