If you have the trip app installed on your iPhone, it's easy to use. With Japanese carrier roaming, it takes a while to connect at the airport upon arrival, but if you set up this service before departure, it connects smoothly. In Taiwan, Changhua, Taichung, and Taipei, I was able to connect with 5G almost everywhere and use it comfortably.
