I didn't use customer service, so I'm giving it 3 stars, but I'd give it 5 stars for the fact that I didn't need to use it.
Upon landing, I simply turned on mobile data and roamed, and it connected instantly. The signal strength was good, and overall, including the cost, it's excellent.
I opted for 10GB for 3 days, but since there was free Wi-Fi at the airport and hotel, I only ended up using about 2GB. Even with almost constant Google Maps use during the day and night, that's how much I used, so next time I'll aim for 1GB per day.★

A decent SIM card. It worked as expected upon arrival. The connection is good in Siem Reap and Phnom Penh. I used it to surf the internet on my laptop. The connection is also excellent all the way from Siem Reap to Phnom Penh if you take the bus. I recommend it.★
