I had connection issues the first time I connected. I contacted support, and they responded quickly and helped me figure it out. I got a 10GB internet plan for 30 days. For the first two weeks, the internet was flying, no problems at all, but then it apparently switched to power-saving mode; nothing really loaded. Eventually, I thought I was running out of data, so I bought another internet package, and everything was fine.★
