Even though I live in Vicenza, I hadn't visited this villa yet: it was truly a surprise, both architecturally and scenically. The highlight, of course, are the frescoes by Tiepolo Sr. and Tiepolo Jr., which, as described by our highly knowledgeable guide Francesca, left us speechless. Thank you

The vineyard was beautiful. The host did an amazing job explaining the wine making process and regional differences. Very informative. The atmosphere was very welcoming, the wine was delicious. Walked away with two bottles. The host was very accommodating and the experience one to remember.

Bangkok traffic is terrible on weekdays, but Ctrip made good arrangements; we flew to Bangkok on the weekend. The only downside was that the group meals were sometimes insufficient. There was no forced shopping, and there were many optional excursions to choose from, depending on your budget. The tour guide service was good. There were 18 people in the group, which was a good number. The Sheraton in Bangkok was truly excellent; the facilities were great, much better than hotels in Phuket.
