I haven't contacted tech support, and I've had no issues using it. It doesn't work in some places (I've been to various European countries), but that's normal; physical SIM cards behave similarly.★

This eSIM works really well. I was heading to the UK, and I got connected to the network before I even got off the plane. The internet speed is fast. Having a local phone number makes everything much more convenient. I was able to call my booked Uber driver right after arrival. I’ve recommended this exact eSIM to my husband and told him to get one too. It’s far more affordable than using international roaming and performs excellently.
