Question 1

Do you provide child seats?

In regions where child seats are mandatory, you can rent them from the supplier. To find out if child seats are available in regions where they are not mandatory, please check the booking page. When selecting a vehicle, please note that each child seat takes up 1.5 regular seats.

Question 2

Where will I meet the driver?

Accepted Answer

Airport pick-up: After your booking is confirmed, you can check the driver's meeting point on the booking details page. Airport drop-off: The driver will wait for you at the address you provided during booking.

Question 3

How do I contact the driver?

Accepted Answer

Driver contact info will be emailed to you at least 12 hours before pick-up. You can also find this info on the booking details page. If you have a general promo code available for airport transfers, you can copy and paste it into the corresponding input box when booking. Please review the terms and conditions of the promo code to confirm its applicability.
