Bipeng ValleyLocated in Suoluo Valley, Putou Township, Li County, Aba Prefecture, it is renowned for its beautiful natural scenery and well-preserved natural ecological views, and is a well-known holy land for red leaf viewing in China. If you are not an outdoor enthusiast hiking through, visitingBipeng ValleyRelatively simple. After purchasing a ticket and entering through the attraction entrance, take the sightseeing bus past Dragon King Lake and Namu Lake to reach the Shanghaizi reception center directly. Snow-capped mountains accompany you along the way, and there are several spots to admire the red autumn leaves. After arriving at Shanghaizi, take a short break, then you can either hike or pay to take the electric shuttle bus further up to Panyang Lake, and return the same way after sightseeing. At Shanghaizi, you can also choose to hike to Yanzhiyanwo, which is approx. 10 km in total with good road conditions. Bipeng ValleyEach of the four seasons has its own features, but the recommended viewing time is in fallMid-September to mid-November. Every year at this time, the maple leaves in the valley are as red as fire, and the lake and mountains, together with the surrounding snow-capped mountains, form a captivating picture full of color and artistic charm. ActivitiesBipeng ValleyGenerally, no accommodation is needed. When entering the valley, just remember to bring some drinks and high-calorie foods, such as chocolate and beef jerky.

WenShuFang is an antique-style cultural block in Qingyang District, Chengdu, adjacent to Wenshu Monastery. Opened in 2006, the Wenshu Monastery area, where it is located, is one of Chengdu's three major historical and cultural conservation zones, alongside Kuanzhai Alley and Daci Temple. The block primarily features architecture in the traditional Sichuanese residential style, with teahouses, snack shops, intangible cultural heritage workshops, and Hanfu stores nestled among gray-tiled roofs, wooden doors, and courtyards. It is also a popular spot for locals to drink tea and chat. The main streets in the district each have their own distinctive features: Wuyuegong Street is dedicated to intangible cultural heritage, with workshops showcasing traditional crafts like Shu brocade, Shu embroidery, lacquerware, bamboo weaving, and silver filigree, where artisans can often be seen working on-site; Nanyue Lane is a hub for Hanfu culture, with a constant stream of people dressed in Hanfu taking photos against the backdrop of ancient-style gate towers and red walls, and the street also offers Hanfu rental and makeup services; Jinma Lane is the heart of old Chengdu flavors, where time-honored snacks like imperial walnut cakes and Zhang Liangfen from Dongzikou can be enjoyed from one end of the street to the other. When you need a break, you can stop at a teahouse for a bowl of covered-bowl tea. The district also hosts Sichuan opera performances, where you can enjoy face-changing, fire-spitting, and long-spout tea art while sipping tea, fully immersing yourself in Chengdu's unique blend of leisure and liveliness. When touring, you might as well combine this place with the nearby Wenshu Monastery into one route, visiting the ancient temple first and then exploring the alleys, which can be completed in half a day. Travelers planning to take Hanfu photos are advised to allocate more time for makeup, styling, and framing.

Bipenggou and Shuangqiaogou in Siguniang Mountain are beautiful, but limiting each attraction to about five hours is a bit restrictive for someone like me who prefers a slower pace of travel. For the last two days, I wanted to see more of western Sichuan, so I had to join a tour for a more efficient itinerary. The tour itself was very comfortable, everything went smoothly and according to plan, I met new friends and saw the scenery I wanted to see. Despite the low tour price, the mandatory bus transportation to both scenic areas and the optional lunch required additional payment, totaling several hundred yuan. Overall, I'd give it four stars!

Strolling through Li Bai's former residence in Qinglian Town, Jiangyou, one finds a tranquil and elegant Tang-style courtyard, with inscriptions of poems and prose visible everywhere. From Longxi Courtyard to Taibai Stele Forest, from Mozhen Creek to Taibai Tower, the footprints of the poet Li Bai and the cultural heritage of the Tang Dynasty are everywhere. Although many of these sites are reconstructions from later generations, they retain a rich cultural atmosphere, making them ideal for reminiscing about the past, seeking out poetry, and quietly experiencing Li Bai's romance and passion.

Wenshufang — a colorful historic quarter right next to Wenshu Monastery. Narrow traditional-style lanes, souvenir shops, teahouses, and plenty of street food. Noisy, crowded, and full of atmosphere — a striking contrast to the silence behind the monastery walls. A great spot to stroll, grab a bite, and pick up souvenirs.

Its a smaller version of Chengdu Panda Research and easy to navigate. Advisable to come at morning because most of the pandas sleep at noon. Overall satisfying.

It has three floors and is quite large; you could easily spend over two hours exploring it. It's suitable for primary and secondary school students, with many interactive experiences. It's free, which is great value. It includes knowledge of physics and chemistry, but it's too advanced for very young children. The 20 RMB space capsule at the entrance is a bit of a rip-off.

The scenery in the scenic area is average, but the iron chain flying performance is quite impressive. The most valuable attraction is the Flying Apsaras exhibit; only three such exhibits remain in the entire country, and this one dates back to the Song Dynasty.

It wasn't very interesting, but wandering around here and there, half a day passed by. The geology museum sold jewelry, but I thought the items were too expensive; I just looked. I didn't buy any Zhang Fei beef because it was only for tourists and couldn't be cut into smaller pieces.
