Hotel was fantastic food was amazing and the staff were very hospitable,, the room was nice, and loved the pool and beach. Read so many bad reviews before going and that was absolutely rubbish, fell in love with this hotel, they even were happy to bring you drinks down to the beach, a lovely man there even makes sure you've sunlounger all comfy, they go above and beyond, will be going again couldn't recommend Sand beach enough, all inclusive,, breakfast 7 til 10, lunch is 1 til 3 (may have mixed that up) dinner from 7 all inclusive drinks 10 till 11

The staff at this hotel make the experience. From the manager to my friend who made me Turkish coffee with '24 sugar', I was treated with such kindness, like a member of the family. I loved, loved, loved my stay. This is not some stuffy 5-star hotel; it is a series of connected buildings that house rooms and apartments. At the time of my stay, they were putting in a sauna, steam, hot top with a tiny workout space. The room had a nice frig for my olives, cheese, and fruit. The bed was decent enough, and I had no complaints. A short walk on El Nasr will get you to a multitude of local eateries, and a taxi (cheap) will get you to more. The pool is long, you want sun, you get sun, you want shade, you can find it, or use an umbrella. The beach is 5 minutes away. If you want to meet the number one staff in Hurghada, along with the best cats, this is the place to stay.

Omg it was sooo super amazing.Highly recommended. Great value of price and amazing sea marina view will make ur stay extra special. Bishoy was soooo kind friendly and helpful which made me consider to stay there for my next trip. Mahmood one of the best staff for sure aswell. Overall it is absolutely amazing. we stayed in sharm El Naga resort between 20/28 March weather was +23 +24 C sometimes windy , mostly sunny hotel has its own beach that s very clean and there are free beach towel Sharm el Naga diving resort is located between Soma Bay and Macady Bay the nearist village is 8 kms far Hotel has 40 simple rooms with hot water , minibar rooms were clean( everday house keeping) Hotel stuff were very helpful and kind . Restaurants and other public areas like beach and wc were clean Breakfast was good , including some fruits yoghurt 3 4 types of cheese , honey , butter , boiled eggs and omlet , tea , coffee and some juice Dinner and supper were also delicious , chiken , meat or fish , multiple salads , french fries , during every meal , bottled water were given , Soft drinks cost 1 usd , beer 2usd Transfer to Hotel 15- 18 usd ) a car for 4 pax For snorkelling you can rent mask - life jacket so on starting from 1 usd Sea is good for children ) there are some sandy part and corals in it There is also a mini market in hotel area There is a small playground for children but there is NO kinder club

If you waiting for your flight this hurdle will be an amazing option! People at the front desk very friendly! As soon as you arrive at the airport you can call to the hotel and they will send a car for you, this will cost $10. They have a nice breakfast. The hotel is very nice and beautiful they have a nice swimming pool and garden view rooms.

The room is clean and spacious but a little hot in the day time. There is conditioner in the room. Comfortable to stay. They ask for 3000 Egyptian pounds for the deposit the day you check in and will return it back when you check out.

It was absolutely great there, the staff is VERY friendly there, at the recepetion and also in the restaurant. absolutely well done from the hotel, nice food and also relaxed atmosphere - was great to be there at Christmas and new years eve. Everday super service even at the beach mashrabya! We absolutely book that again! Couldn´t have been better - to be recommendet fully! very polite in the restaurant Mr. Muhammad Jaber ( Mohamed Gaber), exzellent service! also at the recepetion, she was very polite! with very good english. Price-performance ratio = genial!
