The hotel boasts a prime location, very close to Plaça Catalunya, offering convenient access to shopping and transportation. It's within walking distance of the Sagrada Familia, Casa Milà, and Casa Batlló. The hotel features a rooftop terrace with a swimming pool and stunning views. Barcelona is beautiful at night!

The room is relatively large, the facilities are a bit old, the air conditioner cannot adjust the wind speed, and it is a bit noisy. The hotel has a good environment, the garden is large, and the swimming pool is quite satisfactory. Located in a hot spring town, it produces many brands of mineral water. The most famous is that the Vichy Catalony, Hotel belongs to the Water Factory Group. The hotel has its own chapel and can organize activities. Breakfast is not very good, there are few choices.

Hotel is amazing for stay and there overall services are amazing, they maintain cleanliness and everyday when we can go back to our room our rooms were tidy and spotless. I enjoyed my stay there , the only thing is this hotel is outside Barcelona city so you have to take bus from the 5 min walk from the hotel and go to nearest metro which is fabra I pug and then you have to get metro to get In Barcelona city to view all attractions which is time consuming but overall it was great trip and we had fun. Staff is really helpful and they guide you correctly on any Information you need. I definitely recommend this hotel for stay.

Excellent hotel with very attentive and friendly staff, everything was smooth and hassle-free. The room was very clean, quiet, and pleasant, with an excellent view from the balcony, close to the train. The metro and shops were also nearby. My only observation is that there was no drawer to store small items of clothing... For larger items, there was a hanger, which could be a bit better.

My stay here was not good. First, there's a lack of communication among the staff. I booked my room in two separate segments, and when I checked in, I specifically asked if I needed to check out in between. The front desk staff told me no, and I paid the city tax for both booking periods. However, today, two staff members entered my room without knocking and told me I needed to check out and pay the city tax, also claiming I was in the wrong bed. It took them over five minutes to verify the situation and sort things out. Secondly, the hotel facilities are old. The elevator often doesn't come when called; sometimes I waited for five minutes with no response. The vending machine also didn't work well; it charged me 2.5 Euros, but the item didn't come out. When I reported this to the front desk, they said they couldn't do anything since the vending machine isn't owned by the hotel. They only expressed regret, without offering any compensation. While this is understandable, it still significantly affected my mood.

The room is clean and tidy. The air inside is pleasant. The breakfast is very delicious. The location is excellent, only a ten-minute walk from the Sagrada Familia. The only drawback is that the window of the first room was blocked. After communicating with the front desk, we were moved to a room with a view of the outside.

GGuest UserOn arrival the holiday centre was as photographed on the website, fresh, bright, airy and modernised. Apartments are spacious with 2 wide single beds pushed together in the main room which leads off on to an exceptionally generous size balcony. Plenty of room for kids to play, loungers and table and chairs etc. the bed in the hallway (pull down from wall) was comfy and great for my 9 year old son. The livingroom couches were also single beds and of good quality and wide enough, seem some very slim, thin ones before - these were very comfy although never slept in by us as my daughter had a cot.  Check in and out was seamless but be aware a deposit is taken (around £10 per night and given back at end of apartment is left satisfactory) so factor this in to your spends needed initially.  The thing that stood out for us as a family was the lovely man and his assistants who ran the kids club, entertainment, pool games and really engaged with the children despite his obviously long days. They are a credit to the hotel and I don’t think it would attract as many families if this small but important team weren’t on board - my son Jacob loved kids club and made some great friends for the week. Now is still recommend this hotel with given some recommendations to change things. The hotel caters to very large, roudy crowds of preteens/teens on school holiday stays. They are chaotic and woke our toddler several times, running through corridors screaming, taking up lift where pushchairs and wheelchair users should have priority and teens/groups managed more carefully as they would be if from anywhere else. Called to reception to complain and inform but was pretty much brushed off as they’re excited. Just not great for the rest of us also wanting to enjoy our apartment, sleep and have children. We waited an incredibly long time with 20-30 teens in front of us. I called down to reception one evening as they were shouting, banging and screaming in the halls. Some hotels do not cater to exceptionally large groups for this reason, especially when catering to family holidays also - I’d only stay again if I knew there was no large groups such as this booked to stay. We only ate breakfast the last morning as we preferred to go out to dinners etc as a social thing in the evenings with the children as we don’t drink alcohol much when have young children with us. Food was as expected in hotels, nothing bad to note and plenty of options which are the norm.  If you like quiet this hotel might not be for you. Po. Kew is loud due to entertainment although this didn’t bother us with it stopping at 11pm but the ‘quieter’ side facing out to the road/side was filled with already mentioned large groups of teens shouting back and forth to each other continually. Highly recommend checking if these school trips are on when booking if you like a quiet, relaxed family holiday (most of us do when we have young children). All in all the hotel is great location, good sized rooms and entertainment for much younger children but would be put off returning due to the issues mentioned.

GGuest UserThe room itself was really good: clean, comfortable and spacious. However, my first impression of the stay and the stuff of the hotel was suboptimal, which coloured the whole experience.  I arrived at the hotel at about 1 p.m. First thing that surprised me was the fact that there were actually 2 hotels and only one of them had a check-in desk, to find which I had to ask around. When I finally arrived at the reception, I was second in line as there were some people checking out. While I was waiting a family (parents and a child) came in, and then one more group of travellers arrived. When the receptionist was done with the people who were before me, I asked to be checked in. In response, I got told that she was going to check the family in first. She wasn’t apologetic or nice about, she told me this as if that was what always happened and not that people got served in the order of their arrival. I am sure the family really appreciated what she’d done and I wouldn’t have minded either if that action was followed with acknowledgement of this not being okay and an offer of some services to recover their reputation. Not only had I not got an apology or anything like that but also I was again bypassed for registration as the receptionist decided to invite 5 people who came in later on to check them out. At that point me and other people in the line were quite baffled by the behaviour and understood that there was nothing fair about this interaction. After I was  finally checked in and went back to the other side of the street for my hotel, the room pleasantly surprised me. It was clean and had all the necessary amenities. However, I was a bit confused at first by the thing you need to do to get electricity. I was told by a friend that the system of inserting the key card into a specific slot in order to get electricity is now the norm, but this month I’ve been to 5 different hotels and all of them had different systems and none of them were this particular one, so I personally would’ve appreciated a heads up or an informative poster on the door. The only downside of the room that I found was that that side of the street was quite loud. It was much better with the windows closed, however, if you are a light sleeper, I recommend taking ear plugs.  The rest of the stay went pretty okay for me, but that first experience unfortunately is something I’ll never forget.  If you are travelling as a family, I would imagine this hotel would prioritise you over other guests any time, so maybe that’s just who they cater to. As a solo traveler, however, this was not what I was expecting.

AAng_ieA Week in Barcelona — Staying at Hotel Serhs Del Port (Early February) Spending a week in Barcelona in early February felt relaxed and unhurried, and staying at Hotel Serhs Del Port played a big part in that. Overall, it was a comfortable base with a few details that really stood out—both good and not so good. I was very lucky with my room placement. My room faced the patio, which meant it stayed wonderfully quiet. The window didn’t look out onto the main street or neighboring buildings, and that made a big difference—especially at night. After long days out in the city, coming back to that calm felt like a small luxury. The breakfast was another highlight. The selection was good and varied, with both cold and warm dishes, pastries, and a fresh orange juice extractor that felt especially fitting for Spain. It was easy to start the day well-fed without needing to think too much about it. I also really appreciated the coworking space. It was pleasant and functional, and I found myself using it often. Having a comfortable place to sit and work without retreating to the room made the stay feel more balanced and productive. The staff, both at the front desk and in the restaurant, were consistently friendly and helpful. Interactions felt natural and unforced, which always makes a hotel feel more welcoming. Location-wise, the hotel was very convenient. La Rambla was only about a 4–5 minute walk away, close enough to be easily accessible but far enough to avoid the constant noise. The surrounding area was lively in a good way, filled with restaurants, bars, and supermarkets, making daily life simple and flexible. That said, there was one downside that was hard to ignore: the walls were thin. I could clearly hear the snoring/ coughing of the gentleman in the neighboring room, which definitely broke the illusion of privacy on some nights. All in all, Hotel Serhs Del Port offered a comfortable, well-located stay with thoughtful touches and friendly service. A quieter room placement made a big difference—but thinner walls are something to keep in mind if you’re a light sleeper.

NNorizoooThis hotel is in a very convenient location. Take the Aerobus from the airport to Plaza Catalunya, and it's right next to the subway station, making it easy to get to major tourist attractions. It's also close to Carrefour and the market, so there's no shortage of restaurants. The breakfast was European-style but satisfying, and the 24-hour buffet was a bonus. I like to drink a lot while traveling, so it was great to have beer and wine available with snacks. The room was standard-plus, which is appropriate for the price, but it was clean and the shower had good water pressure. I would definitely choose this hotel again next time. Thank you.

TTeresa-TuPretty good! The bathroom and bedroom are separate, which really helps reduce disturbances when getting ready. My only minor complaint is that the door in my room could use some oiling – it creaks quite a bit every time it opens or closes, which is a bit unsettling! Overall, I'm very satisfied; it's the best hostel I've stayed at in Europe.

GGuest UserFirst off, it's located in an alley. While the alley is cleaned every morning, it still tends to be a bit messy and dirty. One day, right after leaving the hotel, I even heard foreigners getting robbed right outside. The hotel's hygiene is pretty subpar. The room reminded me of a 200-300 RMB hotel in China, so paying over 2000 for a night felt completely not worth it. Plus, the soundproofing is terrible; you can hear conversations from the next room. The room window opens directly onto a residential building, so when you open it, you see people's laundry hanging, and you can practically see into their homes. If someone in the building is cooking, the cooking fumes waft straight into your room, making the whole place stuffy. The room had a noticeable amount of dust and a musty smell. I booked it in advance without knowing the situation and stayed for a few days, but every day I just wanted to check out and move somewhere else. Its only advantage might be its convenient location and good transport links in Barcelona, but that also implies it's not a very safe area. All in all, for this price, you could easily book a much better 4-star hotel or higher!

MM299363****This hotel isn't great value for money, but I chose it because I had an early flight the next morning. Although it's only 4.5 km as the crow flies from the airport, the driving distance is about 10 km, and traffic can be heavy during peak hours, so you need to allow plenty of time. Taking public transport means at least one transfer and takes around 37-45 minutes. I was satisfied with the hotel's facilities, cleanliness, and service, but since it's located in an industrial area, it's more suitable for business travelers.

GGuest UserThe hotel lobby smells lovely, and the room was clean and tidy with a very pleasant green accent wall. The bed frame was hollow, which made it a bit creaky. The soundproofing isn't great, but it didn't bother me much since I was up early exploring anyway. If Barcelona is your first stop, I'd give this place an 8/10. The location is unbeatable, just around the corner from Passeig de Gràcia and a few meters from Zara!
