Been here for sudden booking. But it was too late to enjoy the facilities. Small parking area so some of cars were park in pararel in front of lobby. My first room was stink, they said from rubber sealant, but i think it was too much. As well my second room, but this was better. Some areas, rooms and corridors need touchup and small details. Nice view from room but you will hear noisy from traffic after midnite if you stay in road view (front side). Friendly and helpful staff. Will come back to this hotel oneday. I booked 2 rooms, requested close to, the room was large, quite clean and comfortable, AC and Wifi are good, the children enjoy swimming in the pool upstairs, the receptionist is friendly served by Mr. Suwandai. Breakfast is quite varied. Security is also friendly and friendly. Thank you management Grand Pacific Bandung.

Great location and service. 1st time stayed here and extended for a few weeks. Considered to stay here again for the future.

This hotel is nice, clean and staffs are friendly. Huge room, Location is strategic at central of Bandung, near to commercial and business district such as Pasar Baru , Paskal and Train Station. Recommended hotel for leisure or business stays purpose and the price is make sense. Thank you and keep up the good services.

stayed for two nights here.the main note is that there is an independent bank atm at the entrance of the hotel.it is still one building with the hotel with spa and reflexiology that the price is not expensive,and there is also indomaret. At least for the need to buy drinking water and snacks is easy. Next to the hotel is a pharmacy and a big mosque. Opposite the hotel is a Sunda dining house, fried rice and cart buns, there is also a coffee house. Really complete what needed is around the hotel. The room size 18m2 is enough for a mantra in the room. Add a spacious feeling with a window in the room. unfortunately,the window with dead glass,if the window can be opened,it is certainly comfortable to feel the cold air of bandung in the morning.the bed is comfortable with a pillow and also a unique small pillow extra.the tv channel is very complete. water heater is available,although coffee and tea are not provided.it is no problem to be able to buy all at indomaret.bathroom towels are soft and wide.water is also good pressure. There are two notes for room facilities, room air conditioning is not cold enough, it seems to be needed in the service filter and the bathroom is not so spacious (if it is 20cm wider it will definitely be enough). the breakfast menu is very varied and delicious,even the bataki sauce when i tried the sauce tasted just right.for smokers,there is also its own place.one note for breakfast,why is the drinking glass so small?

I used to stay in Sukajadi hotel for so many times with my family, cant exactly remember how many times but it was a lot, we used to love the room, the service, and the food was great too! And this time me and my family came back to visit Bandung and decided to stay at this hotel, as a repeater guest, we expecting the same service & facities that we used to experienced, but unfortunately this visit is truly disappointing, the first room we enter was very dirty, a lot of hairs from the previous guest was everywhere in the bathroom, the room doesn’t even have any toothbrush, I called and asked to the staff but they told me they don’t have any toothbrush available, but then the housekeeping staff who passed by our room said it is available and he gave me the toothbrush (?) the first room we enter doesn’t even have a wardrobe or any hanger available?! Then I asked to move my room to another room, its a twin bed and need to be converted to kingsize, nevermind, its better than the first room we had, but then still, the room is very outdated and not very clean, as we now very concern about covid 19 outbreak and expect hotel will do double check about the room cleanliness? Well.. wifi is terrible too, we can’t even have signal inside our room, super mood breaker! And the worst case is that our room (i booked 2 room for 1 night only) both of them doesnt have the hot water (is not working) engineering came to the room and said it takes times for the hot water to came out, well.. i waited for almost 20 min it still doesn’t came out? The staff says sorry and told us basically like “it is what it is... its like that...” anyway, now I can’t expect more / even expect anything from this hotel, truly disappointed, just an expression and honest review from me & my family. And 1 kudos only for the housekeeping staff who passed me the toothbrush brush and clean our second room, thankyou.

Great place to stay the night, close to many restaurants and Cihampelas Walk (mall). They have large bedroom and bathroom, very comfortable and clean. They also have friendly and helpful staff. Overall, I had good experience.

Coming to the night, got free upgrade to deluxe because asking for 2 single beds. The room was nice, and clean, just the bathroom was not closed. The most friendly part of the basement parking area, although rame, but still provided. Breakfast is decent. Access to the hotel can be two ways, through the gas station, a front (gang)

It was a pleasure to stay at Fave Hotel Hyper Square, Bandung, West Java. A great hotel, which was value for money with a chic and trendy room designs, entirely matched with the hotel concept. Cleaning and sanitization is utmost important in this unprecedented situations, but the hotel did this well, so nothing to worry about, to stay here. Additionally, the hotel is also located adjacent (even it can says steps away) with Paskal 23 Shopping Center. So, it will be perfect to hang out or buy some foods or beverages even more to shopping there. On top of that, hotel associates was so great and decent with their attentiveness in services and also accuracy of services. In - room amenities was also provided, even though to some of it is payable. We will definitely come back to stay at Fave Hotel Hyper Square, Bandung, West Java, in the near coming future. Keep up the great works.

Booked here get cheaper price. Nice hotel, good vibes, clean & good services. Grand deluxe room was spacious & comfort. It's need little more air circulation to keep fresh in side non AC room. Overall, recomended & great rating hotel.

Come to Bandung by train for first time. Interesting trip despite low speed. Choosing Ibis hotel as it located near meeting place, hotel is clean and comfortable although it is small. Breakfast is always crowded but variaties is good.

First chose this hotel because there is a mosque in its neighborhood and close to the mall. Directly booked 3 nights. The carpet room, once spacious, still plus a long chair anyway. It's obviously easy for a shrine. The bed is very comfortable, although the AC is less cold, but can allow to open the room window. Water heater and cooling refrigerator are also available. Large bathroom with wide and soft towels. Hair dryer is also available. Overall all room facilities make guests comfortable. TV channels, although not many, but enough. National TV and movie channels. This is unique, initially thought the power plug for charging the ehp is very limited, but after looking more carefully there was hidden in each table next to the bed. The mosque was also comfortable with thick carpet, although there was no priest fixed. Out of the hotel on the right there is a quiet piset mall, but there is Superindo there. across the hotel also has a nice seafood restaurant. If you want to walk a little, there are a lot of places to eat. For example, across the hotel towards jl. Bulls around Muhammadiyah Hospital. Or out the hotel on the left to the Stone Fruit Street lined up a dining area, starting from Pizza Hut, Burger King, Scrambled Chicken, Soto Boyolali, safe already. There is a recommended place for buffet food or botram, there is a ceuodah kitchen right across from the Alfamart that can try. Like a large parking lot, lots of elevators and a large dining room. No wonder breakfast looks like a wedding, with separate booths. Talk very tasty. Please try the slatter if you have a chance. For smoking can't be in this dining room, plan to stay here again, a wonderful experience. If so, no minus for the key card that must be reversed three times so that every door will open, the dirt on the carpet of the room that is not sucking all by the vacum cleaner and the shower water drain that is not immediately throw water1

Overall the rooms were clean and quite big for a deluxe room type. But, the odor from toilet spreaded around the rooms, so made it uncomfortable to sleep as the toilet and shower rooms are not separated by solid doors. Plus, the beds and pillows were stiff and firms, and made me hard to sleep too. Other than that, the parking area is very small, especially for big car. Anyway, there’s free valet parking which you leave your car key to the hotel’s staffs. If you need to book an extra bes, do it fast as they have only 5 available in the hotel. I didn’t get mine since I book it the day I arrive at the hotel.

This is my second time staying at this hotel. The reason I chose this hotel is because the location is very strategic in bandung city, just in front of Bandung station so there is no need to find transportation when arriving in Bandung. As for the shortcomings in this hotel, I think is: rooms that are not soundproof, often hear sounds like moving chairs on the roof of the ceiling, the wifi is not good, and the food in terms of breakfast is not varied impressed standard. Maybe in the future, it is better to improve in terms of comfort and service for guests to stay. Thank you Grand Sovia Hotel, hope to be more prosperous in the future..

Very well located near Bandung's airport and Istana plaza mall and PASKAL. Good if you have a morning flight from Bandung city, since it is only 5 minutes away from the airport. They required 100K IDR upon check in as deposit. However, the room can be cleaner as I already inform to the staffs. And also, since you dont provide bottled water, then don't ever let the water dispenser in the hallway empty. You can do better...

My visit this time for some business meetings, located at the Pearl Hotel near Bandung Railway Station is very strategic, I don't waste time loading my luggage as soon as I arrived in Bandung. So I can continue my meeting agenda in some places on the same day as well. Besides the location, the hospitality of the staff and the room that is quite large and comfortable added to my spirit on this business trip. Recommended for business and family! It has a swimming pool too!

Impressed with hotel cleanliness and spacious room, bed is very comfortable to sleep. As light sleeper, surprisingly I slept well and did not hear any noise at night. And although they dont have other facilities e.g. swimming pool, spa, they provide very good services to guests. Staff are helpful and responsive. What i like more is they provide plenty of choices for breakfast. I got to taste 4 different dish during my stay and it tastes great. Since i'm not a fan of breakfast buffet, this made me to keep Tama in my preferred list. Would love to stay here again.

Always passing by when I traveled to Bandung but never have the chance to stay there. My first time stay and to my opinion, this is the most comfortable room I've been experienced. Love the bed, clean linen, comfy pillows .... also the bathroom was clean with hot water running freely. The location was very strategic just across the train station and easy to get oleh-oleh (near KARTIKASARI) ... the only problem was the WiFi connection was very bad ... but overall I'm happy with my experience, I will go back to stay there someday ...

I stayed on November 8 in room 216, the following review: 1. Location Location is on Otten Street, the area around the hotel is quiet and far from the crowd, but the road towards the sandy hills has a lot of places to eat. Plus this hotel is in the middle of the city. 2. Facilities The hotel facilities are available - the restaurant that dominates chinese food - there is an elevator but there is only 1, so if there are many guests, it will be a bit long waiting. - the lobby is not large. - adequate parking space and basement. - no swimming pool - no gym and spa - no kids corner 3. Bedroom superior room is quite large and cleanliness is quite awake. The interior is also nice. For smoking room, the window glass can be opened. The facilities in the room are also quite complete, there is a kettel for water heating and free mineral water 2 bottles and the Ac tea/coffee is also quite cold, then the TV is flat. The bed is quite thick and large that King Bed Size. Wifi is also quite strong. Unfortunately, the TV channel is a little even if it is a cable TV but it seems to take a cheap channel package, there is no HBO. Lots of Mandarin broadcasts. For the bathroom is quite large and clean. Standard shower Amenities there are 2 towels and soap. But unfortunately the hot water doesn't work after I turned on more than half an hour it still was cold. I complained to the Receptionist after almost an hour it was hot. 4. Service Service is this one that I don't like about this hotel. First, the security guard in front is less friendly and impressed with the boss. The continued without helping to bring things when we brought a lot of things. Every time I go out to the front of the lobby, I looked always rich. I was almost fishing but luckily my wife reminded me. Both every check-in process is old. Then when we buy from online agents, we always ask to see the voucher code when we have entered, we feel unbelievable to the guests. Is there ever a case of a guest who went in and pretended to text via an online agent? For the check-out process, too because they want to check the room if there are any items missing. In fact, the hotel padma class is not that the service is very good. The three hotel staff are not friendly, but every chapter is a typical. Especially the staff who stay at the retreat. Four always ask for a deposit of 100rb which he said for key guarantee. Hotel 4 and 5 only never ask for deposit unless there is a minibar in his room. 5. Food & Beverage I happened on that date only booked room only. I once ordered with breakfast before but I was disappointed that the food was less varied. Recommendation: I'm not recommended if it's a night stay and business needs only is rare in the room, but if you want to stay long and need family vacation, there are still many hotels with such a better price.

The industrial concept is another favorite in the world of architecture. Pretty close to the airport, the station, the mall, all the FOs in the spotlight, this hotel is united with SevenGram Coffeeshop, right in the middle of the housing. Different from Summerbird located in the center of the crowd. The hotel has 3 floors without an elevator (a bit difficult, for the mamas want to help lift the dear luggage). For room amenities are very minimal as well. Only toothbrush and liquid soap. For the hygiene is exceptionally clean (because it may be new). Staff are quite friendly and helpful. Breakfast is not provided, only the cafe opens at 1am. Aqua is available as usual. For the price, I think it's too expensive 1 (publish rate), with minimal room facilities and no breakfast, but over all okay to meet photos on IG 2 and for train guys, a few thousand dollars ride.

I stayed a night & highly recommend for the room. It was spacious, clean & comfortable. I had a good rest here. The hotel had a central location being across from the Bogor Botanical Gardens & a 20min walk to Suryakencana (Chinatown). Also, the front desk staff was friendly & helpful. Will be back.

We’re staying in Hobbit 33. The room has 1 king size bed and bunk bed, even after all that the room still have a spacious living area. The bed was very very comfortable however the pillow is too firm for me. Inside the room they have safety box, mini fridge, hair dryer, smart TV, separate bath tub and rain shower. The room ceiling is very unique, try to turn off all other the lights in the room except the lights inside ceiling decorations and you’ll see the night sky filled with stars. ;) They also have a balcony, our room was facing to the playground. And around 60meters from waterpark. Breakfast is packed around 7-8am..if u go after 8am it was less packed with sufficient food supply.

It's just that there are a lot of stairs if you stay at Seruni 2🥲 just a suggestion. At least there is a lift directly to the Eiffel Tower... poor legs work hard if you stay at Seruni 2😂 The others are already rated D best... the prices are still reasonable with the facilities wuuuahhhh🥰😍😍

I stayed here 3 times in 2021, the service was excellent! I really like the hospitality here, the atmosphere is good, the room is clean and treated well, I haven't had time to visit their restaurant, but their cafe area by the pool is quite cozy and comfortable, the place is very strategically located in the center of Bogor city, near the Bogor Botanical Gardens and the Indonesian Presidential Palace, easy access to anywhere in Bogor

The hotel was clean and neat, the room was more spacious than similar hotels, and the staffs were friendly. The experience staying in this hotel has been very good. However the location is not in walking distance to the most of city center attractions.

Good service, good people, good food, nice ambiance and very strategic location. Near gate 3 Bogor Botanical Garden, not far from mall in the right and left of hotel. And many cafes to try.

Formerly known as Hotel Pakuan Bogor and having major renovations and joint the Sahira Hotel chain. The hotel turns cleaner and bigger with additional proper size swimming pool. They have 2 pools, with the old one is in smaller size near the restaurant. This hotel has a shabby chic design dominated with white color furniture and floral print headboard. The room lighting is bright enough, but they have small inroom tv. No fridge. For moslem, they provide praying kits and Quran. The aircon works good, as well as the hot water shower. But the toilet smell and its cleanliness were the issues. No separator in the shower nor shower curtain, made the water splashed everywhere. They using rainfall shower head, which was good. The bedding is acceptable, but the cleanliness need some improvement. Their restaurant is the strength point, which most of their menu were good. If you like spicy, then you should try their homemade chilli. The staffs were good and friendly. The hotel location is in the middle of the city which easy to access almost everywhere. And there are numbers of good cafes in the neighborhood. If this hotel improves their inroom and bathroom cleanliness, I wouldn't mind to consider giving a 5 stars.
