We had the best welcome i think we have throughout any stays in Asia. On our arrival we were greeted by Nevine, one of the staff, who made us feel extremely welcome. we were seated and bought a lovely cool drink, nibbles and a cold Menthol infused flannel to cool down. We were then given all the details for the hotel, given a map of the local area and Nevine talked us through this in excellent English, we were then given a sheet which had local dialect and had a great time learning how to say hello, thank you, and such like. The hotel was really clean throughout all the areas communal and the room and room cleans were offered daily if you wanted them, we ended up staying an extra night as all the staff and the hotel was great for what we wanted. our room was also spacious and in great state of repair. I can not recommend this hotel enough and would definitely return. The only downfall i can see, which actually for us was not a problem. was the hotel is right next door to a primary school which is open from 7am - 5pm and obviously comes with some amount of noise, but again this was explained to us on arrival and a room change offered where possible. The hotel is close to pub street, but this did not cause any problems with noise and was close enough to everything if we wanted it. Great little hotel, fairly priced for what you get. Loved it

The room is clean and spacious with a nice big bathroom, although there was no hot water to shower. There’s a mini fridge, kettle and safe in room. They provide bottled water, coffee and tea. There’s a nice pool and restaurant on site with good food and prices. It’s convenient to minimarts, restaurants and laundry places. The only downside is there are hostel rooms that tend to cater to the young and drunk crowd. Some have been very loud in the hallways after midnight until 4:00am. And some party at the pool all night although the pool closes at 22:00. Evidently the hotel does not enforce the pool hours or any kind of quiet hours. It can be very disturbing if you have a balcony room with a pool view. There are roosters that start crowing around 4am and the call to prayer starts just after 5am

The kindness about staff is great. And also the place is close to the center like night market and ankhor wat. This hostel gave me a roommate. I made a friend in this hostel and went around siemreap. It is also valuable experience for me to give me a chance

Cambodia １２ First time. The price is low, but the refrigerator is cold well. Cooler is made in Japan Important in Cambodia Staff who can respond in Japanese are all around, so students can remove intercultural anxiety. It is very important that people who meet on a trip 々 can speak Japanese. There are convenience stores and laundry １ KG －１ dollars nearby, and there are many delicious and quiet restaurants. It's about ２ dollars easier than the center. １ Food ２－５ USD. The room is large and if you want to change the towel, you can go pick it up by yourself, and you can go pick it up by yourself, although you have water, but you can go to pick it up by yourself. In addition, I was surprised that the water in the pool was clean with coffee and service water. Network ８０ M is included, so you can work. The size and cleanliness of the room are perfect. A kind inn in an area where Japanese people are easy to live. I've stayed at about twice as much as ５ at this hotel so far, but I wonder how many steps that were. I was quite tired of the hotel where I spent time communicating in English with care. There are desk chairs in the garden, so you can relax.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und kann auch relativ gut auf Englisch kommunizieren. Das Hotel liegt direkt an einem lokalen Markt und relativ nah an Angkor Wat (5km). Das Stadtzentrum ist etwas weg. Die Sauberkeit und der Zustand der Einrichtung ist nicht die allerhöchste und der Wasserdruck meiner Dusche ließ zu wünschen übrig. Der Pool ist ok. Zum Frühstück gibt es 2 Spiegeleier mit 2 Scheiben Toast und einen Kaffee. Man kann immer kostenlos Wasser abfüllen.

Very pleasant stay. High room standard. Breakfast simple but tasty. Despite problems with booking buyer from external OTA, hotel management did his best to provide us a room and solve the issue - very professional and customer friendly attitude.

Good location with good service, also have good parking spot. For the location, it is very to Pub Street (the most popular street in Siemreap)

Our overall experience in Onederz was fantastic (Siem Reap and Phnom Penh). The private room was very comfortable and a good size. The hostel is set in a great location with plenty of food options in the hostel and very nearby including many vegetarian and vegan options. We took the 4am private tour of Angkor Wat booked via the hotel, which was great and our driver was excellent. We had a few hours in the afternoon before our flight on the day of check out that we spent on our phones/reading/hanging out in the main area of the hostel which was comfortable enough. If you get your clothes washed i would suggest asking for a non-chemical dry as we did have some shrinkage on our clothes. If we visit Siem Reap again we would absolutely stay here.

A friend had booked a room for me in this hotel for four nights. I was on the ground floor, and was very happy with the room. Air conditioning worked well, and although I was close to the reception area, the room was quiet, clean and comfortable A large double bed and some oversized furniture is used to furnish the room. Cambodian furniture is massive, a cherry red color and practically speaking, immovable. Had NO problems with the internet and had a good nights sleep. Outside the hotel are tuk tuks - dedicated to the hotel - ready to whisk away any visitor to any part of the city one chooses to vist. The drivers do speak English. Breakfast is served on the roof of the hotel, and for a vegetarian the selection was adequate - barely. Cost of the buffet is USD 5.00 Alongside the rooftop breakfast room (terrace) there is a small swimming pool, more suited to those who wish to cool off, rather than those hoping to swim laps. Overall, I was very satisfied with the hotel. A couple of major markets are within walking distance. Vit KIng restaurant (exclusively vegetarian) IS close by, but the selection is pretty limited unfortunately. Siem Reap is a nice town, well worth spending a few days in. Pretty much wherever one would want to go (with the exception of some attractions like Angkor Wat), is within walking street - the entertainment hub, and tourist market - Pub Street is nearby. If staying more than a night, ask for a discounted rate. The reception desk staff are helpful and well informed.

The guest rooms were separated by curtains and the outlets were the same type as in Japan, so I was able to stay without problems. I was worried that the washbasin and shower room were a little dirty, but I thought that was the case, so I didn't particularly care.
