Guest User: Very quiet considering it's right next to the A14, i didn't hear anything from the traffic. Supported by a Starbucks and a Petrol station. The hotel was great the staff were all very helpful and happy to help with any questions i had. Clean towels, tea, coffee, milk refills means that you could stay there without going anywhere if you wanted to just chill out on your own. With a TV and my crime magazine i was happy to chill in the evening. Would be really happy to book this hotel again in the future.

Visited Wicksteed Park today, and despite the rain, it was delightful! It's the perfect spot for young kids - they have everything from sprawling play areas to enchanting rides. The new logo? Absolutely spot on - modern yet captures the park's whimsical spirit and history. Had a lovely coffee there, which was a nice touch while watching the kids play from under shelter. The park's commitment to the community is commendable; they hosted an amazing event for Accommodation Concern, a local homelessness charity, and are doing it again in February. Can't wait! Moreover, for those into Pokémon GO, the park has some top-notch gyms! It’s a bonus for when you're looking for a bit of grown-up (or just mobile phone users) fun while the little ones are playing. Overall, Wicksteed Park is where joy meets community spirit, all wrapped up in one charming package. Highly recommended for your next family outing!
