New, clean, well designed, cozy. Location in more peaceful area but close to the center. Leisure space behind the hotel is nice and private. Breakfast rich and tasty. Staff spoke good English, very professional and friendly. Will definitely visit again soon, no need to search for other options

Pelo contrário, ficamos vários dias hospedados no Plaza e foi tudo incrível! Não poderíamos ter escolhido hotel melhor! Que atendimento maravilhoso, que pessoas do bem! Todos muito solícitos, muito educados, muito gentis! Os meninos do café da manhã, as meninas do restaurante, os meninos da recepção, as camareiras, os meninos do estacionamento, … Para nós foram dias difíceis pois estávamos lá devido a problemas de saúde, mas com todos eles posso dizer que tudo ficou mais leve e fácil! Quarto sempre limpinho, café da manhã delicioso, as comidas do restaurante impecáveis! Sempre com sorrisos nos rostos, fazendo o possível para que nossa estadia fosse o mais confortável e prazerosa possível! Muuito obrigada equipe Plaza Blumenau! Quero elogiar duas colaboradoras do Café da manhã: as Sras: Luciana e Simone Ao conversar conosco, a Luciana soube que éramos de Aracaju e eu comentei que estava com saudade de comer ”cuscuz” de milho no café da manhã. Então, ela falou que no dia seguinte estaria de folga e nos apresentou a Simone que se comprometeu fazer o cuscuz no café da manhã do dia seguinte. Pois bem, na manhã do dia 03/novembro assim que chegamos pro café, a Simone preparou um delicioso ”cuscuz” de milho! ficamos bem contentes com o serviço personalizado para nós! We were in this hotel for 4 nights ! Excellent service , spacious and clean room ! Simple but good breakfast ! Service staff note 10 ! Restaurant dishes with a good price and super well served . Excellent location ! One thing that should be informed that the parking is not included in the daily (R$15 per day) . Super well preserved pool area and everything very clean. They provide towels for use in the Pisicna . We will surely return
