Front end staff at reception was confused and took time to provide room. Tv channels are not working fine. The restaurant experience was good and room service from the restaurant was good charges for the room are literally high compared to the quality and also the first hotel we saw didn't include breakfast in the hotel cost which was disappointing.

Room was not ready although we checked in @2pm, they made us to stay in a dabba room which was filthy and there was a lizard. The lobby have broken sofas. Finally our room (which was supposed to be deluxe ac room) was ready @4pm and it was not deluxe it was just a room with ac, washroom was dirty and small. There was wifi but no internet access. I've paid 3. 5k for 2nights and 3days (you will get what you pay for. They don't give you towels and toiletries, there was only one plug pin for charging.
