What would i suggest please maintain a per***ent air freshener in RESTROOM. Separate pools for kids. 1 ltr water etc....for make your service more valuable. The rooms were clean . The washroom was huge and complimentary breakfast was delicious and great portion sizes. The ground floor has a great veg restaurant. And there are couple of non veg restaurants and cafes nearby. Excellent location. Con Nothing as advertised. I booked rooms with ”view of the road” which literally has just a slice of view of some highway through a neighborhood.Staffs are reluctant to provide any service, we have to remind them couple of times to get another towel as there was only one towel provided.

We just stayed for a night. The family stay was comfortable and also the hotel in the city center so attractions like Mysore palace is close by. Good hotel to stay with your family. Decent breakfast. Staffs were pretty decent. House keeping services and IRDs were also good.

Unbeatable location and lots of services in a heritage building with a lot of style and clean. After several days staying there, Metropol Hotel is home. All the staff is welcoming, ultra efficient and very warm. The team at reception is easy and got anything we asked for our visit. The team at the restaurant understood our necessities and created the perfect menu for us. We would like to mention particularly the good work of Kunar, so close, so quick and so efficient. Undoubtedly, we will come back to Metropolis hotel.
