Had an excellent stay at mountain trails during our family trip to ooty. The view from the balcony is just amazing. Food was also good. Mr pradeep provided excellent service during our stay at the resort. Due to the cold weather we couldn't utilise the pool facilities though. Nevertheless, kudos to the entire team of mountain trails

Rooms and bathrooms are good and well maintained and clean. But the problem is, this property doesnt have lift/elevator facility hence senior people are finding very difficult to use the stairs. Breakfast is provided in basement floor therefore you need to use the stairs every-time to move around. Breakfast food options are very limited, they serve 3 items (idly, up-ma and bread. Food was just okay.
