Before the New Year, we went on a spontaneous trip with one child and one adult. The experience was beyond our expectations when we stayed at Xianshe Villa for our visit to Shanghai Disneyland. The environment was clean and tidy, the housekeeper service was warm and considerate, the auntie's breakfast was nutritious, and the driver picked us up at Disneyland safely and on time. The villa provided both the warmth of home and the services and supporting facilities of a five-star hotel. The experience was perfect. My child is already looking forward to staying at Xianshe Villa for the next Disney trip with her classmates and bestie.

The room was very clean, and the owner was incredibly welcoming. They offer a shuttle service to Disneyland, and when we returned in the evening, the owner even had mung bean soup ready to help us cool down, which was incredibly thoughtful. We'll definitely choose this place again next time!

Some time ago, I went to Chongming Island with my friends and stayed in Villa No. 100 of Shanghai Xiangying Holiday Villa. The experience was so good that I must share it with you! As soon as I arrived at the villa, the Southeast Asian style architecture attracted me. The design of the single-family house and courtyard is super private, surrounded by green plants and full of negative oxygen ions. I heard from the staff that the villa is next to Dongping National Forest Park. Sure enough, the air is fresh and pleasant, just like living in a natural oxygen bar. The interior space of the villa is very spacious, with five bedrooms of different styles, three of which have bathtubs. It is so comfortable to take a bath when you are tired. Although the living room is not big, it has all the entertainment facilities such as KTV, mahjong table, and TV. A group of us sang and played mahjong in it, and we had a lot of fun. The small courtyard is my favorite place. We put tables and chairs, and everyone sat around to drink tea and chat, enjoying the leisure time. There is nothing to say about the service. The staff is warm and thoughtful, asked about our needs attentively, and delivered the required items in time. The room was clean and warm, and it was very comfortable to stay in. The location of the villa is excellent, close to Dongping National Forest Park, and you can reach it on foot. There are many farmhouses around, so you don't have to worry about finding food. I was really satisfied with this stay. Whether it is a family gathering or a trip with friends, it is very suitable. I will come again next time if I have the chance!

I live in a residential complex, and since relatives were visiting, I chose this guesthouse after comparing many options. It was quite good, so I extended my stay for another night. This guesthouse was newly renovated during the Chinese New Year. I saw a negative review online mentioning an odor, but our bathroom had no smell. The renovation was visible from our work hours during the New Year period, and it took several months to complete. The owner is attentive and responsible; they were always available to help resolve any issues my friends encountered. Safety and hygiene are paramount when traveling. The complex has 24-hour security patrols, and the landlord installed surveillance cameras on each floor. My friends said the room was very clean, new, and spotless. The cleaning lady comes every morning, changing sheets, blankets, mopping, and washing linens daily – everything is very organized. The room had an outdoor window, so the light was excellent. They even had the cleaning lady lay out freshly dried linens today, which smelled wonderful and we slept very comfortably, just like the linens at home. The time we spent together with friends was too short; I had to head back to my hometown tonight. I hope my friends will come again next time. I hope the owner can still keep the rooms as good as new, unlike many guesthouses in the neighborhood that have become dilapidated over time… Finally, it's very convenient to take a taxi from here to the airport or train station, with a starting fare of just over ten yuan. I hope those who need a place will book this one. Lastly, I wish the owner booming business and abundant wealth.

I had to share it with everyone! - Ambience: The spacious and bright space immediately puts you in a good mood. The decor is simple yet warm, with every detail perfectly thought out. The furniture is strategically arranged, creating a comfortable, non-crowded feel. But the most captivating aspect is the Colorful Garden. It's large and beautifully decorated, with a charming pavilion where you can soak up the sun, breathe in the fresh air, enjoy tea, and barbecue with friends. It's a truly relaxing experience. The garden is filled with a vibrant variety of flowers, creating a vibrant atmosphere that feels like living here year-round. In this picturesque setting, I felt completely relaxed, both physically and mentally. And this place is pet-friendly! Really pet-friendly! Our four dogs had a blast running around in the grass, chasing each other as if all our worries were forgotten. - Facilities: The room was fully equipped with everything, from the comfortable beds to the complete appliances. The hotel's thoughtful care was evident. Of course, my biggest favorite was the complete set of tableware and cookware, ensuring families with children could enjoy healthy meals during their stay! The beds were soft and comfortable, ensuring a good night's sleep. The bathroom was spotless and the toiletries were high-quality. The room also featured smart technology, including a smart toilet, which was incredibly convenient and comfortable (haha). The large garden terrace has a dedicated barbecue, perfect for hosting a barbecue party with friends. The hotel also offers free parking and high-speed Wi-Fi, ensuring worry-free transportation and internet access. Another point worth mentioning: Although the hotel is a villa, I was particularly pleased that there was only one parking space in the front yard, but it was enough for two SUVs! This was a very satisfying aspect for us. - Service: From the warm welcome at check-in to the prompt response to all my requests throughout my stay, I felt right at home. The staff were friendly and attentive, going above and beyond to recommend nearby attractions and help with minor issues. Their professionalism and enthusiasm really enriched our vacation. - Nearby attractions: The villa is located near the Dongtan Wetland Park, a migratory bird sanctuary, where you can admire a variety of rare birds and experience the wonders of nature. A bicycle park and an ecological park are also nearby, perfect for those who enjoy outdoor activities. Basketball enthusiasts can also enjoy the Yao Ming training base. The Smart Island Park and the Lanhai Golf Course are also nearby, catering to diverse leisure and entertainment needs. This stay at Dasu Hotel was a near-perfect experience. 💯 The pups had a blast playing with their best friends all day! The environment, facilities, and service are all impeccable. The hotel provides a shuttle to and from Disneyland, and the staff is very friendly and helpful. Free breakfast from 7-9am, clean linens, complimentary water, a kettle, towels (7 for two), a toothbrush, hot water, and working air conditioning (we slept warmly). There's a convenience store 50 meters away from us that's open all day until 9:30pm. The lovely woman working there makes delicious sweet buns. We paid only 33 yuan (less than 400 rubles) for a whole bag. The hotel's location is slightly different from where the GPS showed us; the building is lower, by the water, but the owner's neighbor quickly called him and they picked us up. The room is cleaned and always ready to help. I don't understand why there are several bad reviews, because for the price, this place has everything! We want to say a big thank you for the amenities provided, and I highly recommend it!

I really love the decor style of this guesthouse; I think it's the nicest-looking one in the area. It was also very comfortable to stay in. There's a small courtyard, and the owner has two super friendly dogs. The front desk lady was also incredibly nice and very attentive. We even ate in the courtyard when we came back in the evening, which was lovely. The soundproofing in the room was good too. Loved it!

Had a great stay, and they even upgraded my room! The bed was super comfy and the bathroom was huge. The overall facilities were complete and well-maintained, and the cleanliness was top-notch. The garden environment was very pleasant. The service was also excellent, and breakfast could be delivered to the room. All the staff were very enthusiastic. I forgot their names, but I definitely have to mention the front desk guy today – he was especially helpful! I'll come again next time.
