Apartments in Buenos Aires

We checked in way early and our room wasn’t ready. Not a problem, we had been up all night due to a canceled flight. We went up to the spa area to refresh after sleeping at the airport. Soon security came to say we couldn’t open our bags in the spa area. Ok we went to the locker room and left a jacket on the chase recliner, another angry security guard. Now comes the creepy part. There are about 15 cameras on the street surrounding the hotel. My wife and her friend went to the second floor locker room to change. They placed a bottle of something on the window ledge while changing, another encounter with security. Where are the cameras in the locker room? The whole place gave me the creeps. Two weeks earlier they were passing through and wanted to check out the hotel for a possible stay the next week. Again security wouldn’t let them in so they went elsewhere after that. We should have trusted our initial gut reaction to this place. When we checked out once more security came after me to say I couldn’t roll my suitcase to the cab waiting at the end too the driveway. Too many rules and too creepy with all the cameras.

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable, located in a wonderful area, very good attention. It is a very concurrent area and, though it is, it is quite well rested

My parents and I stayed here for a week before boarding a Trans-Atlantic cruise at the port. This was the most fantastic boutique hotel- perfectly situated, well-maintained, decorated, with all modern amenities, but the real reason I would recommend it is the staff went above and beyond the call of duty many times. Not only did they suggest and even coordinate once-in-a-lifetime experiences personally, but when when my purse was stolen, they personally ensured delivery of a new phone and assisted with translation with the police. They went out of their way to be helpful, friendly, interesting, and create a wonderful experience (despite the robbery). If you are looking for a reasonably priced, excellent place to stay where the locals really put their all into taking care of their guests, book here! Thank you so much! This is the 4th stay. The staff is friendly and very nice. The room has a simple kitchen, but it's very spacious and easy to use. I think that it is beautiful as a whole because it is not so many years since it was built. There are rooms with showers only, but I don't feel so inconvenient. Obelisco and Florida Street are within walking distance, and the subway station is also nearby. There are supermarkets and restaurants nearby, which is very convenient. Breakfast is perfect continental, so if you are not satisfied, you should buy it at a supermarket. Recommended hotel with high cospa.

This place is in a great location, affordable and very clean. The staff are very friendly and helpful with recommendations for seeing the best of what BA has to offer. Breakfast is served each morning but quite honestly I recommend going out to one of the many cafes in the immediate area as the coffee at breakfast doesn't compare to a true cafe con leche at a cafe. It's continental too........so not as impressive as the menu at a restaurant. I'm definitely going to stay here again in the future.

I've been staying at Air B& B's since 2017, being La Habana; Cuba my first experience ever so Trip Advisor (finally) is great to see I can now review Air BB's and by the way just a ”constructive” criticism more ”categories” should be added: trains, airlines etc. (just saying). Here we go: As a native Argentinean I go home at least once a year to visit my family, obvioulsy 90 % of the time to & from Buenos Aires, not I'm not from B.A. (Buenos Aires) but I either fly to or from to continue my trip to my hometown. My last time there I stayed at Top Rentals Buenos Aires, my very first time using this company and I must say I was really impressed ! The property is located on Esmeralda Street so centrally located is within walking distance pretty much anywhere downtown, super safe, always be mindful of your surroundings like everywhere else and do please ( can't type all caps) but NO flashy jewelry or nothing fancy while on the streets. The check in process is located in one of the upper floors of the Building Complex, but upon arrival the security officer at the lobby will give you specific instructions where to go. Rooms are so spacious, clean, beautiful views of the area and a small balcony to sip your malbecs, with the River Plate on the background. The staff is super attentive, apartments comes with toiletries, towels, and utensils for cooking, but really ?? You are in The Paris of South America so who will want to cook ? I couldn’t use the pool too cold for me. I highly recommend it you won't regret it, so good this place is that with my luck!!! One of the South American Presidents (don't know whom) decided to stay in that same building at the time of my visit, no wonder why there were so many police and security so if this place is good enough for a president of country I'm guessing is good enough for us to!! Very good location, on Rua Florida, very close to Galeria Pacifico, several cafes and restaurants nearby, you can do everything on foot, large room, with an equipped kitchen, with cooktop, refrigerator, microwave, cutlery and dishes, TV Smart, but the internet is very slow, to send messages via Whatsapp, no problems, but to watch a YouTube channel on the TV it keeps getting stuck, paint is worn, pillows, sheets, and duvet need to be changed, but as I said, the location it is worth it

The hotel is very comfortable and comfortable and clean. Suggestions to improve aesthetics: in Apartment 94 repair the painting crepes and discharges that have occurred on ceilings and walls for some moisture problem, and cover the hole up the kitchenette. I also recommend repairing the fire belts of the beds watchers.

La Recoleta is one of the most prominent neighborhoods in Buenos Aires (BA), named for the friars who built the Basilica of Our Lady of the Pillar in 1732, and the Recoleta Cemetery, where Eva Peron and numerous other distinguished Argentinians are interred. These are overlooked across the park from the balconies of the Ayres Recoleta Plaza. To the right from the corner are a number of cafes with outdoor patios facing the humungous 230-year-old ”Gomera de Recoleta” (Recoleta Rubber Tree” landmark and the terminus of the city Hop-On Hop-Off bus. To the left from the corner are snack bars, more cafes and restaurants, some night clubs, and a stylish shopping center, with art museums and cultural centers a few blocks away down wide boulevards. Strictly, the Ayres Recoleta Plaza is not a hotel in the usual sense; it's an apartment building that rents apartments for overnight and longer stays. The studio that I had rented for a couple of days was fully and stylishly equipped, with a complete kitchen, and there were a number of families there who were clearly short-term visitors. The front desk is open during regular office hours, and there is no food service, which was not really a concern, given the number of cafes and convenience stores around the corner, including the landmark La Biela restaurant -- quite pleasant for breakfast, and light other meals. Staff of the Ayres Recoleta Plaza were pleasant quite helpful -- they had arranged for a taxi to pick me up when I arrived early Easter morning at the cruise terminal and later arranged a taxi to bring me to the airport. I'd certainly return.
