Wir waren für 2 Nächte im Wellnesshostel3000 und waren begeistert! Wir hatten ein Doppelzimmer mit eigenem WC/Dusche. Die Zimmer sind nicht riesig aber das erwartet man in einer Jugi auch nicht. Sie sind sehr modern und wir hatten eine schöne Aussicht auf den Laaxersee. Auch der Wellnessbereich ist sehr schön und grosszügig gestaltet. Das Frühstücksbuffet war reichhaltig und ausgestattet mit allem was man braucht. Ein sehr schöner Aufenthalt den wir gerne irgendwann Wiederholen werden!

I rarely write reviews but after my stay I would like to share my experiences, even because I can't understand many of the positive reviews. What's good about the hotel is the location right next to the lifts and this location advantage is being exploited and unfortunately urgently needed renovations are being foregone. The breakfast is also good but not exceptional. The rooms are small and extremely noisy and extremely shabby. Carpeting, walls and furniture are stained and the rest of the furniture also needs to be replaced. The bathroom (or toilet with integrated shower) has been nicely renovated but is very narrow and cannot be heated nor does it have controllable ventilation. The rest of the hotel infrastructure is also apparently getting old. The hot water supply is inadequate, so we were lucky to have lukewarm water at peak times (between 1830 and 1930), but were only able to take cold showers twice. The staff is aware of the problem and the receptionist's recommendation was to shower in the spa (with room prices of around CHF 300 per night!!). The elevator broke down twice during our stay. It should also be noted that the hotel does not have its own WiFi and uses the community's open WiFi. The spa area is ok but has not been visibly renovated since my last visit about 15 years ago. Finally, apart from the bar area, which is quite clear, there is no seating, so you essentially have to rely on the small rooms. I cannot recommend the hotel and the price-performance ratio is not appropriate.

We have been to Rocks Resort in summer and winter, with and without children and can safely say that it has something for everyone. The apartments are stylish, well-equipped and well-maintained, beds are comfortable, there are plenty of facilities around

We always like to come back. However, please check the chairs - some of the backs are loose and the sitter is in danger of falling. Please install a new shower curtain, the current one is mouldy. Please also wash or replace the molletons on the beds, they
