In the context of a concert visit we have been allowed to stay here one night. Check Inn was running uncomplicated and quickly. The room was clean and ordened, well maintained. Beds were comfortable and in the bathroom no trace of the predecessor. The volume of the hall was only easy to hear. Breakfast was very good for the price, greatly arranged, rich and the service very prevalent. All in all a good option. The hotel itself and the rooms have come into the year something do not break down the night. With regard to the loading stations in the parking house, it should be said that it has not worked login via the app. The app did not recognize the QR codes. However, the loading columns have recognized a RFID reader so the common cards. If you have luck and no burner parked there, you could also load your car overnight. View: Some rooms in the hotel overlook Piazza Augustus, and the view is very beautiful. Whether it's day or night, you can enjoy the beautiful scenery of the city. insufficient: Inefficient front desk: The front desk is inefficient when it comes to check-in and check-out procedures. The waiting time in line was long and the processing speed was slow, which affected the overall check-in experience. Service quality: The hotel's service needs to be improved. The front desk staff sometimes seemed unfriendly and lacked enthusiasm and initiative when dealing with problems. The response speed of room service also needs to be improved, sometimes it takes multiple reminders to get a response. Overall, Felix Ribendigan House Suites at Plaza Augustus has a great location and comfortable rooms for travelers who want to enjoy convenient transportation and beautiful views in the city center. However, there is still room for improvement in front desk efficiency and overall service quality, and I hope the hotel can improve in this area to provide a better stay experience.

We've been travelling around Germany by train and the Capri by Fraser in Leipzig is a quick walk from the Central station. It is also walking distance from many of the attractions and lots of restaurants and cafes. The room was really good, but just smelt a bit stale like a smoker had been the last resident. The trams run right past the front window, but we weren't disturbed at all by any noise. Finally, we found all the staff we dealt with to be really friendly and helpful and a late check-out request was no problem. We enjoyed our stay and would recommend the hotel.

The Townhouse Leipzig was one of our favorite hotels on our recent Germany and Austria vacation. Set in the heart of Leipzig within one of the oldest Rennaissance buildings in the city, the Townhouse is next door to the Bach Museum and steps away from Thomaskirche and the iconic statue of the great composer. Our top-floor room looked directly out on Thomaskirche and the Bach statue. Upon entering the hotel for the first time, we were impressed by the beautiful style and creativity of the unique decor and lighting, the charming furnishings, and the friendliness of the staff. Our spacious suite was spotless, had a kitchenette, comfortable couches, a nice flat-screen television, a large modern bathroom, quality linens and pillows, and a warm, welcoming message from the staff. Above the king bed was a large reproduction of one of Bach's cantata manuscripts. The windows opened up onto a stunning view of Thomaskirche and the surrounding city. The Townhouse Leipzig offers free high-speed Wi-Fi, a laundry service, a fitness area with workout equipment, a sauna, and a library! The restaurant provides excellent buffet breakfasts. We found several excellent restaurants within easy walking distance, including Johann S Restaurant & Bar a few steps from the hotel. The front desk staff were so helpful assisting us throughout our stay, looking up museum times and tram routes and schedules for us. The rest of the staff throughout the hotel and restaurant were friendly, helpful, and very professional. The price was surprisingly affordable, given the location and the quality of hotel, and the surrounding area was quiet at night. We loved being wakened by the Thomaskirche bells in the morning. The one minor inconvenience is the lack of on-site parking—not surprising given the unique location—but they offer a convenient unloading and loading area for luggage, and we found easy parking adjacent to Thomaskirche a two-minute walk from the hotel. I would not hesitate to recommend this excellent boutique hotel to anyone visiting the city center, and if you're in Leipzig on a Bach pilgrimage and need a great place to stay, look no further.

Very centrally located in the city centre. A few minutes walk to the zoo, railway station and to many attractions. Shopping opportunities and restaurants in the immediate vicinity. The staff is very friendly. The rooms are very nicely furnished and have a good size. However, I have to deduct a few points for the cleanliness. Eating residues on the dish as well as cook residues on the kitchen line. Unfortunately, there were also div in the bathroom. For example, points to be clearly seen at the door.

Wonderfully designed apartment - generous, elegant, clean and quite lovely, attentive service. Great location - the city centre, restaurants, bars, are walking well accessible. At the same time super quiet and beautiful view of the garden. Nice pictures, art, books. Own visit app and well filled refrigerator. We'll be happy to come back when we come back to Leipzig.

We had a apartment with a private sauna in the bathroom = that's great. However, when using the sauna, it's essential to turn off the light in the bathroom = because otherwise the airing will always come cold into the sauna, so it really frozes! Nice staff at the reception, but you have to say exactly what you want = then you get a printed plan with a way to the supermarket. The apartment was very spacious and clean, but we missed a oven. The care products have proved to be the remainder of the predecessors (see photo). And the cable from the fence over the clown is not even unhygienical but only awful (see photo) And in the garden behind the house we saw a rat on the second day and on the third day 2. I don't know what happens if you're there 5 days... Seriously: there should be the owner of the hotel of the rat plage to become the Lord at the fastest; especially as many guests leave the door open from the staircase to the garden and the beasts go into the house...
