I booked the stay through Trip.com. Trip.com only provided a hotel voucher but when we arrived the premises, we found out it's not a hotel and there is no reception. We spent an hour to find out how to get into the apartment. The other guests here told us that they booked the stay through other operators, they received email for online check-in. We finally managed to contact Bob W and got the email for online check-in and did the cumbersome check-in process on the street. Despite this hassel, we are happy with the accommodation. The ambience is very homey and apartment is well-equipped. Bob‘s staff is helpful and response is prompt even late at night. There is free gym service (but we have no time to try it out). The breakfast arrangement is good too. There are 3 cafes to choose from and Bob W offers discount menu in these 3 cafes.

We enjoyed our stay here. The room was clean and bedding comfortable. A small fridge and microwave were provided, along with basic crockery and cutlery for eating prepared foods. Although minimal in its provision, the location was excellent for exploring the city, with a handful of great bars and restaurants in the immediate vicinity and a large shopping mall a few blocks’ walk. The main oddity was the lack of *any* staff onsite, requiring us to contact their call centre to obtain the checkin code, when it didn’t come through as expected. One could do worse - I will consider using it again.

Fully automatic haha, there are many such unmanned apartments in Finland. I like them, especially the elevators, the doors that pull out, the rooms are very design, and the location is remote. It ’s in the suburbs, but Helsinki is so big. Sit Subway to city center for a while

I chose this hotel because I booked a ferry ticket from the pier to Tallinn, Estonia, the next morning. The security is very good, the door is locked after 11 o'clock, but the front desk staff is there 24 hours, there is no problem that XC prompts can't check in. The single rooms are two floors high, the bed is on the upper floor, the bathroom kitchen and the sand-initiated bedroom are below. Finnish tap water can be drunk directly. It is also very convenient if you want to cook by yourself, and the kitchen utensils are complete.

Didn't send info about arrival, so I should call them. Internet connection was not working in one room. When they changed rooms internet still disconnected if I used few devices (e.g. laptop and mobile device), so it was unable to work from hotel with laptop. Knock knock system didn't worked few times so I should call. Calling charged extra per call and per minute.

The apartments were booked and were satisfied with the price and quality. After coming at night, we had to search for our D Corps and a parking space, but it is our fault! Wow - what a beautiful place. This hotel defines my hotel experience expectations… and then some! A very comfortable bed in a beautiful, thoughtful yet still somehow Nordic simplistic but with luxury at ever turn. Quality toiletries and a sauna in the bathroom which worked a treat for that authentic Finnish experience. Music throughout the room in zones too and a French balcony looking down to the pretty street below. The staff were helpful and friendly. Breakfast was set up in style with all the candles lit and made for a truly enjoyable experience with quality local produce. The best sourdough and butter ever but with so many other local items - blueberry juice, smoothie shots, great coffee, reindeer sausage with lingonberry jam, hummus, pesto, quality cold cuts and cheese, an amazing selection of eggs, cakes, jams and so much more. It was a lovely spread and I felt myself having to leave before I enjoyed too much so we retired to the hotel bar to enjoy another coffee! We only stayed one night sadly but will certainly be back. What a great team you have to deliver such an enjoyable experience at a reasonable price.

The hotel is not in the city center but it takes more than 20 minutes by bus, opposite is the forest. The room is on the first floor, the windows can be locked, there is no kettle, it may be borrowed at the front desk, the room is not large, the water heater may not be the conventional method of opening and closing, so I do n’t know if the phone came in at night and asked if I knew the front desk number Is n’t that because they do n’t use this water heater ... Breakfast is good and the sun is plentiful.

The location would be biggest high flight due to being so close of the train station and shopping centers/museums, etc. The breakfast provided by the hotel was very good and the service of the staff amazing. The bed was very comfortable and took features very modern.
