Fabulous overnight spa stay with the family to celebrate my daughter's 21st birthday. All the staff were lovely and helped make our visit really relaxed and enjoyable. The spa therapists were all amazing and gave excellent treatments and advice. The food and beverages were all of a high standard. The rooms were comfortable and clean. Beautiful venue and lovely grounds. Hope to return

The hotel was in a great spot to visit Keele umiversity and reasonably priced compared to other hotels in the area. The room was clean, a good size and very quiet. A nice touch to have bottles of water provided in the fridge too! Breakfast was cooked to order with a good choice of options every day. I would recommend this hotel to friends and definitely stay here again when visiting the area!

We enjoyed the hotel, I have 1 complaint, The fire alarm went off at 4am and 4.45am , It was a false alarm because one of the staff was smoking in one of the rooms,my partner suffers from fibromyalgia (chronic pain), She lost sleep and our trip was affected and we had to catch up on sleep the following day. We were visiting family and had little time to see them. When mentioned to cleaning staff it was giggled at,I found this very unprofessional and will think twice about using the hotel again, Which is a shame because we liked the hotel.

The room was good. The bed was comfy. The double glazed window was so ill fitting that we might as well have left it open. Any noise from outside came straight into the room. The breakfast was good and the staff were all very friendly, but a better night's sleep would have been had if the windows had been better.
