I recently had a deeply unfortunate experience with hotel Casa Juliana. I booked a stay and, unfortunately, had to cancel due to my grandmother's passing. I provided the hotel with the necessary documentation of my grandmother's death certificate. Initially, the staffs by name PARAM were sympathetic and promised a refund, offering some comfort during a difficult time. However, I am deeply disappointed to report that the promises made were not honored. Despite the assurances, PARAM has refused to provide the refund, leaving me in a difficult situation. This lack of empathy and failure to follow through on commitments is disheartening by this Hotel. I expected better customer service, especially during such a sensitive time. I would caution anyone considering staying at Casa Juliana to be aware of their policies and the reliability of promises made by their staff. And the sad part, when I call him he JUST DISCONNECTED MY CALL SAYING I AM NOT INTERESTED TO TALK WITH YOU….I have all the call recording of his FAKE PROMISE MADE TO ME AND IM GOING TO CONSUMER COURT COMPLAINING AGAINST THIS HOTEL. PARAM is BIGGEST THIEF IN THIS HOTEL..

We spent 2 nights at this property in North Goa, Siolim from 6th to 8th July . Right from the time we entered the property we felt an aura of contentment and this resort had a feel good factor. The rooms are tastefully made up and have a lounging area and a sit out (for the balcony based rooms) and large bedrooms. The staff are extremely courteous, well trained and have a buoyant nature. Food choices are good with a well stocked bar. The breakfast spread is also very nice with a choice of continental and Indian food. There is also a live counter for customized choices. The hash browns and the pasta salads were excellent. The swimming pool is also well maintained. There is a wooded area behind the property. Overall I would say this is an awesome stay option for people looking to stay in calm surroundings away from the madding party crowds of Calangute / Candolim and their likes We also had a chance meeting with the owner who was very friendly. Highly recommended for mid budget travellers.
