The hotel is in the city centre so we can easily access the local market. The hotel room was clean and tidy. 24 hrs hot water is available which is good. The view from the balcony is awesome. The staff behaviour is also very helpful. Overall experience is good.

Chillax really lives up to its name you have for the perfect blend of luxury, economy,relaxation,nice food. The location is very good and close to vagamon.just 2 kms It has got a small shop which sells basic souvenirs. The service of the staff and owners is best in class . We would at anytime come back to Chillax

I have mixed feelings for this property. The rooms are nice, some of them are really big - especially 301, 302, 206 and 105. The staff is very simple, decent and friendly. Some of the issues -) the organisation could be a little more professional. Bathrooms didn't have soaps, and we got them only when we asked. There was just one towel in each room. It's obvious that there should be two. Again when we asked, they gave it to us readily. While serving food, we had to ask for spoons. Table did not have table cloth or mats. The approach road to the hotel is ok during the day, but during night time, since there are no lights on the road, difficult to navigate. I should have probably given them a 3/5 rating. I have given 4/5, because I could see the staff were simple, honest men who were trying to help. Also Vagamon is an upcoming destination so maybe they will understand hospitality service as they become more experienced.

We stayed here for just a night in the cheapest room available. For the price in vagamon, the room was adequate. Don't have high expectations (for the basic room. If any improvements can be suggested, then the following can be implemented: more privacy with better curtains, instructions on hot water usage/availability, a more comfortable bed, better room lighting and some air fresheners in the bathroom.

We stayed in one of the caves of foggy knolls. The architecture of caves are really good but i would prefer little bit more light as we had to use mobile torch to see things at night. The food from their restaurant was amazing. Another benefit in staying here is all the tourist spots are near by and easily accessible.
