Apartments in Kyoto

Like the hotel location, just 1 stop away from Kyoto station or 10 min walk. Close the subway, easy to travel with the public transport. Lobby area is quite good and service is great. Water cooler is in the level B1, would have been great to have a water cooler on the same floor. Rooms are quite nice and spacious but may need renovation. No hand wash inside the washroom possible as they placed the basin outside which we didn't really like. Overall we think of it as a cosy economical stay in Kyoto. For luxury, there are better options.

We loved everything about this place. We stayed for 5 nights. Staffs were friendly, room is spacious and well layout. We had the 2 bedroom suite with 2 full baths. Lots of storage space. Even though they don’t do daily housekeeping, they did change towels and garbage daily. Washer and dryer is handy to enable us to pack light. Location is quite good. Walking distance to Nishi Market, Gion, Kiyomidera and more. We use the luggage forwarding services and the hotel was able to store our luggages before our arrival and after we checked out. They served local craft beer and sake daily between 5-7 which was fun. We will definitely stay here again.

Comfortable place for a family stay. Room was spacious for Japanese standards. Facilities modern and functional. Fairly close to station and sightseeing landmarks. Quite and clean. It would benefit to have the staff to speak better English though.

We were very happy with the hotel. Excellent facilities and the rooms were lovely. We stayed in the Japanese style room and then the Pokemon room with 2 adults and 3 children. We loved the Pokémon room, so spacious and the kids loved the theming. We were more comfortable in the Pokemon room than the Japanese style room, which was smaller. It did easily accommodate the 5 of us, but we preferred a standard family apartment with proper beds and dining table. The room was exactly as described. We walked to Shijo station easily and convenience stores and restaurants within 10mins. Staff were very nice. I was very pleased with an early check in which was so appreciated.

Clean and hygienic; there is a small kitchen with microwave, oven and basic pots and pans, which can meet basic requirements; the location is also convenient and the service is good. Marutamachi Subway Station Exit 4

I stayed 2 days here. The room is so clean and comfortable. The staff is very helpful and nice. They helped us to order a taxi to leave at 5:15AM and everything was perfect. This is a good choice to stay in Kyoto.

The room was cozy and clean. We traveled with a 2 year-old and the room was baby proofed, they also provided a baby chair and even some toys in the room. I love how baby-friendly the hotel is. They serve good western breakfast. We stayed for two nights, for some reason our breakfast was delivered to our room on the first day and asked to go to the cafe the next day. The location is a little far from the bridge and restaurants. When we got to the hotel, we couldn’t clearly see the name of the hotel in front took us a few minutes to figure out if that was the hotel or not.

We booked last minute after having stayed in a ryokan for two nights as we wanted something comfortable. The location is really good. This was pure luxury. The room was amazing. Felt like a 5 star hotel. The bed was so comfy and the room had everything we could need. The staff went above and beyond. The a manger went home really late the day we arrived because we were late (I forgot his name but a very professional and nice gentleman). The lady who was there was also really nice. The next day we had the pleasure of meeting Bando. A lovely gentleman! All of the staff were terrific and caring. Free coffee in the reception too which is nice! Great location too, it’s in a lovely neighbourhood with great restaurants and close to the centre. I would highly recommend this hotel for any kind of stay.

Check-in is quite inconvenient. There is no elevator in the accommodation and the stairs are very small, but the location and the room are quite good. The bed in the room has wheels at the bottom, which is very convenient for families with children. However, it is a pity that the bottom of the bed is not cleaned and is very dirty. The rest of the room is very clean. Overall, it is a room worth staying in.

El hotel está muy bien, estuvimos en una habitación que contaba con todo tipo de detalles: dos camas amplias, una cocina con cacerola, sartén, microondas, hervidor, utensilios de cocina básicos, cubiertos, platos, vasos, placa para cocinar, fregadero, etc. Había además un armario de buen tamaño con tendedero, y el baño tenía varias estancias, la zona de WC, la zona de lavabo y la zona de la ducha que además es una habitación para secar ropa, es la primera vez que había visto este tipo de estancias y la verdad que nos vino de lujo para secar la ropa que se nos había mojado con la lluvia. El único pero que le pongo es que me parece que la limpieza podría haber sido mejor ya que había unos cuantos pelos en la zona de la habitación y baño y no da muy buena impresión al entrar por primera vez. Y el wifi a mí personalmente me funcionaba bastante mal, si bien es cierto que no sé si me sucedía solo a mí o es algo generalizado. Por lo demás todo correcto y me parece muy buena opción para aloj**** en Kyoto.
