It got off to a bad start: the airport shuttle booked and confirmed by the hotel was not there when the plane arrived. Call to the hotel, embarrassed and confused explanations to finally advise me to take a taxi... Reception and lounge reduced to the strict minimum for a hotel of this level. The room is comfortable, spacious, comfortable bedding and efficient (but noisy) air conditioning. Magnificent view. Beautiful bathroom but the supplies are limited to a bar of soap measuring 2cm by 3. Young, friendly, attentive and compassionate staff. On the catering side unfortunately it's a disaster! No menu, we eat what's there (5 spring rolls defrosted in a hurry for me). No choice, no dessert offered (hastily replaced by fruit juice...) and a fairly high price for all that. Little variety of breakfast. Wifi sluggish and down for a whole day. Laborious check out with card payment refused several times. Planned for 12 days my stay only lasted 3 days, I left the establishment with relief. Too bad, I expected much more given the reviews and the site.
