Arcadian Hotel Brookline

Love this hotel. Arrive at the store in advance and you will be greeted with a smile at the front desk and will be able to store your luggage. The biggest advantage is that the public area on the first floor is large, with many seats and sofas, where you can work or rest. There is tea, lavazza coffee☕️ and disposable paper cups. Free breakfast, including basic bread snacks, cereals, milk, coffee, and apples. Breakfast ends at 10 o'clock. After breakfast, many people are working online, so they can stay in the public area when they check into the hotel. The hotel environment is very clean.

I decided to go to see the Major League Baseball with my daughter and find a cheap hotel near Fenway Park and decide here. I was worried about security on my first trip to the United States, but the cityscape was calm and gentle, so I was able to stay with peace of mind. The building and rooms were nice. As in other word of mouth, it was difficult to bring large luggage up to the 4th floor without an elevator, but there was no problem because I was careful. Thank you for your kindness to the owner. I would like to stay here if I go to Boston again.

Accompanying my child to attend an event at Harvard University, the organizing committee booked this hotel. Fortunately, the hotel is relatively new and small and exquisite. I stayed for 6 nights. My child left early and returned late every day, and I shuttled between the hotel and various attractions in Boston by myself. The location is good, not far from Cambridge and Newbury. Valet parking is 45 per day, breakfast is very ordinary, the service attitude of the staff is good, the room is cleaned every other day, the biggest disadvantage is that the heating is too noisy, so I usually turn it on for five minutes and then turn it off, and the temperature is enough.

We were moving our daughter into college nearby - she and her dad drove xcountry with her car and we needed a place to park a car while we were here that was easier to access than her campus parking. The people complaining about the parking clearly have not paid the parking fee at the larger hotels in the city. $9 is a bargain and the reason we chose this place. We also appreciated the very reasonable room rate and location in a leafy neighborhood walking distance to some of our favorite places and our daughters dorm. It is not fancy, the furnishings are dated, linens just ok, in room bathrooms adequate but tiny, very little space for clothes and the breakfast is nothing to write home about. On the plus it is clean and the location is great. The value for money in Boston is hard to beat. If you need more modern updated accommodations without the quirks of an old home you will pay a lot more. Honestly, some of the higher end places we stayed had similar issues due to age but had just put a prettier cover on top and charged several times more. We would definitely stay again for visits to see our daughter. Very responsive and nice staff. We made a request to move to a room with a king bed our third night when it became available and they had no problem accommodating our request.

Me, my wife and 15 year old stayed here for one night for the Dead and company concert at Fenway. This hotel was only 1.2 miles from the park. It's a great hotel! Clean, quiet and very nice front desk. Parking is 40 bucks a night, but free on the street for handycap parking only. You can grab an uber to Fenway for 10 bucks, nor take the trolly. But you need to purchase a CharlieCard to ride the trolly. Also, we walked back to the hotel after Fenway and it took 20 minutes. Would highly recommend for a night or more. Pricey, but all hotels in Boston are high priced in summer.
