I drove a little further because I had a plan . Grab a favorite burger from a place I love Blvd Burger and then grab a shower and watch the rookie all star game . So when I checked in I said “can’t wait for a shower and watch Tv. “ front desk girl said you got it . I went to the room and low and behold Tv was not working . Repair came and I was told they were out and would not be up for the night . I went down stairs and told the girl who should have known , but give her benefit of doubt and did not . I told her I was going to then want my money back , check out and go somewhere that does . Been in my room 5 minutes . She offered to take care of the room . I said it was through booking . Com . She said no problem. Never got done , manager said no after the fact , the manager of the manager said he would not honor and the girl did not say . Sure I would make this up ..Not . It is not about the 200.00 . It is about honesty and guest service . I spent 1500. With Hilton a week or two prior . Stayed at Unviversal Hilton. Also the food area was pretty dirty and protocol was suspect . That being said please cancel if you plan to stay there . Please don’t book if you were thinking about it unless you want or don’t care about service .

I've been doing meetings for over 35 years and I must say, this hotel did everything right and then some! From the moment I walked in to the time I left, I knew I was in good hands. The event team was amazing! Nothing, and I mean, NOTHING was missed. The food was amazing as was the service and attention to detail! Having to get picked up at 3:30 am is a challenge anywhere but the freeway was closed for construction, so I was worried to say the least. I just mentioned this to Eric at the front desk and he made arrangements with ”Nick the dependable” taxi driver. At 3:25 Nick was there and I was on my way. Just perfect from beginning to end!

The location is the only thing good about this hotel. If you stay in the back rooms there alot better then the frontvof the hotel. That needs to be renovated especially for the price of the hotel. The staff was friendly overall never had a problem

Overall really liked the hotel BUT when we arrived at 3pm for check-in, the room wasn’t ready. Was told to wait in the lobby and they would let me know when it was ready. Waited. Waited. Nobody ever approached us. At 3:45… Went to the front desk to ask status. “Who? What room? Let me check on that. No, sorry it is still not ready.” Waited. Waited. Nobody ever approached us. At 4:30… Went to the front desk to ask status. “Who? What room? Let me check on that. No, sorry it is still not ready.” Waited. Waited. Nobody ever approached us. At 5:00… Went to the front desk to ask status. “Who? What room? Let me check on that. Yes, it’s ready now. Let me make your keys for you.” I’d probably still be sitting in the lobby now weeks later if I hadn’t approached the front desk multiple times. Any compensation for this long delay? Nope. Filled out their survey when I received it by email. Any compensation offered then? Nope. Morale of the story: Throw a fit in the lobby, disturb all the other guests, and make a huge scene, THEN you will get some compensation for their shortfalls. Acting like a reasonable, understanding customer only gets you treated like a sucker. Suggestion to hotels in general: stop giving your worst customers your best treatment. If you drop the ball, there should be an standard chart of compensation automatically deducted from the bill without the customer even having to ask. Don’t make customers scream and yell to be treated fairly.

The carpets were filthy and the beds were so old we got back aches. Priscilla gave us a BS excuse that they are going to change the carpets....so what did that do for us? Absolutely nothing. The breakfast was fair but this hotel is running down. They won't even acknowledge a poor stay. There are homeless out side the hotel laying on the street
