The environment is really good, next to the stairs to the kings park, the sanitation is also good, the large floor-to-ceiling windows in the room are super comfortable, and the facilities are complete, and there is a free zone to city within two minutes walk. The only disadvantage is that there is no parking space

The apartment is great! Very clean and everything is working in good condition. You have the cooking area, with utensils, pots and pans provided. Mini fridge, microwave, washing machine and dryer. Not to forget they provide 2 packs of detergent for our 2 nights stay. However cooking will require us to open our balcony to prevent from triggering the smoke alarm. Just a breeze walk to the city centre. Parking available with reservation at the concierge.

Clean and comfortable stay. Walkable to many shops and food outlets. The only gripe is that the paid parking is one street away. The room is neat and clean. The dryer and washer are clean and well-maintained - surprised that the lint filter is clean and empty, unlike some accommodation that don't bother to empty it. Spare pillows provided in the cupboards if you need additional ones. Would be good if a trash bin can be provided at the living area, and a drying rack for wet dishes. Pleasant and helpful staff. Note that the front desk is open till 11pm only. For late arrivals, do inform them. We reached at about 8pm and none of the street parking outside the apartments was not available so it was cumbersome to move all our luggages along with our kids. The entrance is not barrier-free (3 small steps into the main door) so travellers with heavy luggages might require some help. The building is secure with a tap access lock into the main door.

The late nineteenth century was a fertile period for experimentation, partly because of the hunger among scientists to answer some of the great scientific questions, but also because those questions were within their means to answer. One scientist in a laboratory with some chemicals and a test tube could make significant breakthroughs whereas today, in order to map the human genome for instance, one needs ‘an army of researchers, a bank of computers and millions and millions of dollars’.

The staff here went above and beyond to help us. We had a very comfortable stay (2 adults & 2 young children). If you are looking to stay near the airport, I would recommend booking in here. We will be sure to book next time we are in Perth. .......

Overnight on a Tues/Wed. This is a ”go to” place. Perfection is achieved not when there is nothing more to add, but when there is nothing left to take away. Just a great experience. We have stayed before and will book again, time permitting. This accommodation is in a great location. We discovered even more things about the property that we were not aware of - good things. Thank you.
Quest Midland

The location of the hotel is quite convenient. It is only a five-minute walk from the train station and shopping center. The hotel and the rooms are relatively new, clean and comfortable. The rooms are equipped with water heaters, refrigerators, microwave ovens, induction cookers, tableware and so on. It is best to bring your own pair of slippers, and you have to wash your clothes yourself or pay for the hotel to wash your clothes. Overall is good.
