Desde el momento de la llegada, el personal fue increíblemente atento y se aseguró de que tuviéramos todo lo necesario para una estadía cómoda. El apartamento estaba impecable y elegantemente amueblado, ofreciendo una verdadera sensación de lujo y comodidad. La ubicación es perfecta, cerca de puntos de interés y con fácil acceso a restaurantes y tiendas. Aprecio mucho la atención al detalle y el esfuerzo del equipo de Housy Host para garantizar una experiencia memorable. ¡Definitivamente recomendaría este lugar a cualquiera que busque un servicio de primera clase y un alojamiento de calidad en la ciudad!

My husband and I typically don't spend much time in a city when we travel as we are hikers and enjoy more off the beaten path places. While trying to find a small boutique hotel in Medellin, our boutique hotel in Jardin actually mentioned that they have a sister hotel in Medellin. While it wasn't a small B & B as we typically prefer, we are SO happy with our decision to book at Leblon Suites. Tucked away from the main street in the El Pablado district yet just a short distance from the action, this is a superb option! Our suite as huge with a kitchen and living area that allowed us to spread out and even have in room snacks and drinks in the evening. The staff was fantastic, helping us with dinner reservations, directions and even transportation to Jardin and the airport. The staff aims to please and they sure did! The food was fantastic as well both in the morning and for dinner. On Sunday, the main avenue just two blocks down closes and literally hundreds of people of all ages are out walking, jogging and biking. People and dogs, too! There were also impromptu Zumba and Yoga sessions on the plaza and musicians performing. What a glorious idea and experience! Lots of terrific restaurants (fancy and simple) and loads of opportunity for shopping if you wish. We walked for miles and miles without a problem. Shout out to Lorena David who helped us with all of our needs. We will be back!

El personal es ineficiente, perdimos la llave del cuarto y nos la cobraron muy cara, no nos limpiaron la habitación , en la recepción no saben resolver pequeños problemas, el administrador fue muy gentil pero ineficiente, repiten discursos sin hacer nada. El personal del restaurante no sabe que es atender , había que pedirles de limpiar la mesa, recordarles varias veces el pedido …. muy dormidos y poco entrenados para trabajar en un restaurante El personal de aseo sabiendo que en nuestro baño estaban rotos los dispensadores de jabón no se preocuparon en cambiarlos Las habitaciones no tiene aire condicionado y hay que abrir la puerta ventana para airear la habitación y de paso se entran todos los mosquitos, hay necesidad de poner mosquiteros La estructura está bien pero el personal ineficiente

Fui de trabajo y este hotel brinda un espacio de coworking en su terraza para trabajar con tranquilidad, la vista de la ciudad desde allí es fantástica, imperdible... El desayuno te lo llevan hasta la habitación o en mi caso a la terraza sin ningún costo extra, gracias por la facilidad que me brindaron.

The hotel’s breakfast is not bad, the yogurt is super delicious, the hotel is in a good location, very close to the shopping mall (Oviedo and Santafe) and the airport in the city center, the hotel kitchen can cook by yourself, which is very suitable for family travel.
