Breakfast is great! Hotel is very clean

An absolute beautiful apartment nice and spacious with a little balcony .The kitchen is so well equipped, the bed was very big and comfy and the bathroom a great size too. Couldn’t fault a thing . The staff were so helpful at all times and were a pleasure to deal with so positive and pleasant we were was able to get bikes there to tour around València and tickets for Oceanografic . Would recommend the place no problem . The staff are a credit to the place .

Unfortunately not the place we expected. Service by reception staff were outstanding, however the actual apartment was an absolute disappointment. The bedroom had a fake window with fake shutter. There was no wardrobes, only a clothes rail which was broken. I have to say the bathroom was amazing with a great shower, but then the tv needed to be unplugged in order to keep it off. The front window looked like it had been forced to be open with the handle broken. The positive about this accommodation is the location, which is brilliant. Really close to restaurants and amenities.

Tranquility of the apar**ent and the area. All new. Very comfortable. Good area to park in the afternoons especially. It is near a hospital. Wonderful reception Gemma. We would return without hesitation, in fact we extended our stay for 2 nights while there. Greetings to Gemma from León

What an amazing find! This self-contained apartment was a perfect home base while we traveled the coast of spain. The apartment was very well appointed. It was furnished with dishes, towels, fridge, cooktop, microwave and toiletries and cleaning supplies. It is a secure building and you have to walk about a block over to check in. Super easy. Elevator was ”large” by spain standards. Bed was comfortable and although in the middle of everything, once the doors were closed you didn't hear a thing! Being here in winter months the AC was off but we slept with the bedroom window open to a nice breeze. Our friends, who live in Alicante, were very impressed and plan to rent for their visiting family.

A very comfortable room. We did hear some people talking to 2 AM on Friday evening so if you are a light sleeper like myself that might be an issue. They have a small kitchenette, we were able to make our own coffee and we even did some laundry. If you go to their market, you can always bring food back from the Market and heat up in the microwave. A must do if you’re there. Even buy a bottle of wine. You can wash your clothes but there is no dryer, but the clothes dry overnight on a rack that you can ask for. Very centrally located. We rented bikes from Pelican bike rental, and they were close to walk too. They had good bikes. We just followed a bunch of bike paths towards the Science Center and then over towards the marina and beaches. We biked 20 miles through Valencia.

Excellent Stay- Great Staff- Fab Fittings- Wonderful apartment, great local area with cafes and tapas bars to choose from. Park across the road and bus connections to Old City, Beach and other places of interest. Also walkable to Old City through the 11km stunning park. Noise was minimal, well built building. So pleased I chose to stay here in beautiful Valencia. I highly recommend to stay here with a great kitchen if you choose to cook. Windows open for air if needed. Aircon works so well and 2 TV’s a bonus! Thank you to all staff for being so kind and helpful.

The Apartamentos Plaza Picasso looked good from the photos, but I was really pleasantly surprised when I arrived and checked in. The large living room; the separate bedroom with a very firm and comfortable mattress; and the large bathroom were such an improvement over most hotel rooms. Best of all was the kitchen, with a microwave; refrigerator; pots, pans, dishes, glasses, cups & silverware; and an electric kettle and a toaster. One trip around the corner to the supermarket, and I was set for the week! In addition, the staff was always very helpful, spoke English well, and were on duty 24/7. There’s a subway stop a few blocks away, and several bus stops just a few meters from the apartment building. I have zero complaints (although it would be nice if they installed safes in the rooms). Please note that, in some rooms, you can hear water running through the pipes and other structural noises, although not voices or sounds from rooms next door. I solved this problem with a pair of cheap earplugs, and slept soundly as a result. I can heartily recommend Apartamentos Plaza Picasso, especially for the price they are charging, which is lower than most hotels in Valencia.

After we arrived at our apartment in the evening with its 4th and stood close to the door, we finally called Turia apartmentos. Helped by a very friendly woman from the reception (she had another room on the 6th floor)and we could come right away, just before closing time. That's great. 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment has everything you can wish but it's got some date. For us it's no problem. Fortunately there's a lift because otherwise it's a bit climbing to the 6th floor. It's a bit audible but not disturbing. Apartment 12 has a lot of space and even a rooftop terrace. Airco for the summer and 5 minutes walk from the city centre. Super weekend had

The apartments are very good, regular cleaning. Kitchen equipped with just enough, the truth is we were able to manage. Two 90 beds joined together served as a double bed. We were on the 13th floor and the views were spectacular, what I liked the most was the terrace, with a glass railing. The location is good, Out of the hustle and bustle, but close to everything. On a hill, views of it, the city and the Sea. You can use the facilities and activities of the hotel around the corner. Heated pool, sauna, gym, entertainment. The receptionists were very friendly and solved a problem with the reservation. If you come in summer, the apartments have swimming pools downstairs with a solarium area. In general it is very good. The building reaches the 33rd floor, it can be seen from any point in Benidorm, very high. There are vending machines with water and food.

Flight Checked in at main hotel and met with a warm welcome and offered a late selection of food We were given room 2 A second floor and we knew from previous reviews there are stairs we had a 23 kg suite case and I really struggled due the steepness and narrowness We were warned with a few huffs and puffs got to the room Positive. impressed lovely clean room microwave kettle /hob /and safe /tv and perfect hot water shower air-con The room service is really spot on every day new clean towels and beds made up and the Beds are really comfortable Negative - If your looking for quiet sleep this place is not the place to stay as it’s very noisy in the evening Positive If you are not worried about the noise This place really is the place to be everything is happening bells ringing People having fun bin men deliver drivers it’s full on The apartment is perfectly situated in old town a stone throw from the beach And a two minute walk to shops and bars Perfect location Would we stay again definitely yes we now know about the stairs 🙈

The location is excellent. In the middle of the old town, close to the beach (a 7 minute walk), restaurants all over around. There are two rooms ( a bedroom and a living room) so you have enough space to relax. Very good bathroom, bright and nice. The apartment was very clean and in the kitchen you have all you need, cuttlery, plates, pots, cups, a microwave oven, a sandwich toaster and a Tassimo coffee machine (two capsules are waiting for you at your arrival and that is all, after that you have to buy them). The air conditioning is very good. We felt safe all the time, even on the very narrow street that goes to the apartment. There are mini markets very close, two minute walk! We got an umbrella for the beach (from the reception) and that was very nice because two sunbeds and an umbrella on the beach are unbelievably expensive, 27 euros!!) The apartment is noisy, because the restaurants below are full of people till late in the night. Early in the morning there are noisy machines that clean the streets. We knew about the noise from the reviews, there are persons who do not care about that, so you have to decide if you choose this apartment or not. We stayed for 9 nights, there was a cleaning on a Monday and one on a Sunday, just before our leaving. In the bathroom there are only towels, toilet paper and 2 little bad soaps. There is a very old washing machine on the sixth floor, not in the apartment (on the terrace of the building). The TV has only a few Spanish channels, you cannot watch it if you don't know Spanish. The apartment is a little dark because you have to keep the curtains on all the time, there are windows just in front, over a narrow street.
