I stayed here when my cousin get married on March 2021. Verwood hotel located in the very strategic area which near to toll, restaurant, public facility, etc. Guest only need to walk less than 5 mins to reach many restaurant around there : Warung Sederhana (Padang Restaurant), Ayam Bakar Prima Rasa, Boncafe, etc. This hotel divided into hotel and apartment. I stayed in the hotel because it already been renovated. Room Spacious enough and covered by carpet. Completed by sofa, desk, and chair, and also other amenities : mini refrigerator, TV, coffee/tea maker. This room looks like already being renovated. Bathroom Bathtub and shower is not separated. Need to pay more attention on the cleanness. Amenities was complete Pool I was asking for swim towel to reception, but they said that I can use towel in my room and they could change it if I want. No staff on the pool. Breakfast Standard variant menu for 4 star hotel : Indonesian menu, omelette, noodle, salad, dessert. We were waiting for several minutes to have fried rice while being refilled. Only less staff standby on the restaurant. Overall this is a good hotel because of their location. But, because this is not a new hotel, they need to have good maintenance to ensure that all facilities in a good condition.

The rooms are clean, but the receptionist isn't 24. Parking is free if you ask for a stamp. Over all, it's good for that price.

The check-in lobby is on the top floor while the lower lobby is only for drop-offs. Didn't expect anything because I ordered the lowest room, apparently at check-in I was told that my room was double-upgraded from superior (44 m2) to executive (81 m2). If the superior type is just an ordinary room without a pantry, the executive type has a complete kitchen and equipment. The room is very spacious consisting of 4 rooms, consist of the bedroom, bathroom, living and dining room, and kitchen. The rooms smells good and there is no damp smell at all. All equipment works fine For the living room there is a dining table equipped with 3 chairs, a long sofa and a small sofa with a large TV. The kitchen has a washing machine, oven, zinc, refrigerator, electric stove, coffee machine, toaster, kettle, rice cooker. Very complete and still looks all shiny. Tableware includes spoons, forks, chopsticks, knives, ladle, scissors, corkscrews, bowls, teapots, cething, plates, various glasses and mugs, pans. For bottled mineral water, 2 bottles of 600 ml are provided, coffee uses excelso coffee capsules, tea uses the Dilmah brand. Kitchen amenities are also very complete, namely sunlight and sponges, plus liquid soap is also provided for washing. So oakwood is perfect for those who long-stay or gather in parties with friends The bedroom is also quite spacious, equipped with a cupboard, desk, work desk and chair. Adequate sized TV with digital viewing and wifi also runs smoothly. There are also many room sockets so you don't get confused if you bring lots of electronic equipment. The soft mattress is great for sleeping with 4 regular pillows and 2 decorative pillows. For the anniversary set, they are given a large slice of cake with an art towel. The bathroom is equipped with a bathtub, shower and rain shower, closet and sink. Towels are provided 2 bath towels and hand towels. Complete amenities for Budi Jaya production. The bathtub has clear water and fills up quickly, anti-drama. Swimming pool, fitness and spa facilities are available on the F floor. The swimming pool is indoor and a bit dark, forget whether there is a children's pool or not. Complete fitness equipment, the brand is life fitness, each treadmill is also provided with its own TV. Breakfast at Oakwood starts at 06.00-10.00. The taste is quite suitable on my tongue and the variant are considered complete. Breakfast conditions are also crowded 1. Waffles and Pancakes 2. The apartment is always the first choice if you are in Surabaya, the fitness center and pool facilities are extraordinary, the CS is friendly for both men and women, check in and out is very easy and not complicated and the price is very cheap... complete amnesty , tea and coffee are provided as well as a water heater .. the water heater works well and the most important thing is there are lots of stalls around the apartment .. Recommended

Ascott waterpalace hotel lobby is located in front of PTC west lobby. I entered the wrong lobby, apartment lobby so need to turn around. After taking the parking ticket, I parked my car near lobby and started started the check-in process. The check-in process takes about 30 minutes because it explains many rules that must be obeyed and the procedure for replacing the parking ticket with a parking card after check-in and replacing the parking card with a parking ticket at check out. Fortunately, the check-in process was carried out in a sitting position with a comfortable and soft chair. The hotel lobby is on the left while the apartments are on the right. The interior and furniture are still very well maintained and good even though the corridor leading to the room feels stuffy and hot. Executive rooms have kitchen facilities, living room, dining table, bedroom and bathroom. Cooking utensils and cutlery are very complete. Microwaves, electric stoves, sinks, dispensers, kettles, pans, plates, glasses, spoons, forks, soup bowls, and washing machines are all complete and functioning properly. The room is really suitable for gatherings event and cooking together. There are 2 TV's in the living room and bedroom. Wifi and TV service is also very good. Amazingly, I paid close attention to the cleanliness in my room, with a large room size, I didn't find any dirty or stained parts at all. The bathroom is equipped with a bath and shower. Amenities are produced by Budi Jaya Amenities which contain 100 ml (normally only 30-40 ml). the sachet uses brand twinnings. The public facilities are top-notch and very complete, starting from a clean kids club, a special hotel pool complete with a gazebo even though the pool size is not too big, a business center, a gym with a life fitness brand and complete equipment (although a bit dark), and there are 4 pools available integrated with apartment facilities (1 pool is being renovated, rotating pool, kids pool, and standard pool). I think they should improve the breakfast quality, taste are pretty below the standard and the food variants are also very minimalist. Even though coffee uses a coffee machine, there is only black coffee. Others are pudding, cake, cereal, juice (orange and kiwi). Sausage, vegetables, noodles, fried rice, chicken, fruit slices, soup, porridge, omelette. I've only tried a bit of everything and have no interest in adding more. On the other hand, the lack of breakfast is very reasonable because the price difference between breakfast and room only is only Rp. 40.000,00

Pertama kali booking di Orchard yg studio dg tambahan extra bed, lalu katanya ada gangguan listrik sehingga dipindah ke Tanglin upgrade ke **R tanpa biaya tambahan. Lokasi sangat strategis karena menempel Pakuwon Mall. Selebihnya cukup saja. Room cukup kecil. Host-nya komunikatif dan dapat ditelpon. Proses ambil kuncinya (kartu akses lift dan pintu mailbox, kunci kamar, kartu parkir) di mailbox dan parkirnya memang membingungkan kalau tidak diterangkan. Untung Host kasih foto2 dan penjelasan serta siap jawab kalau ditelpon.

Good hotel, a bit out of the town, room is big and comfortable, room is decorated with nice contemporary look.
