Staff are very nice and helpfull, especially Gyanshri. Room view are nice, very hygienic, food is excellent. You can enjoy the pool, gym, and also this hotel have a Mall, so you can find anything there. The Hotel are suitable for Business Trip and Holiday also. Best Hotel in Gurugram

Amazing place. Value for money. Very friendly and courteous staff. The booking was made at a very short notice as i missed my connecting flight at delhi. The staff was accommodating, made all arrangements for a smooth check in. I must mention that the staff goes beyond to make u feel as comfy. Breakfast is average but again depends on taste and there is a different variety on a daily basis. Rooms are well equipped. Would love to stay here again.

I have lucky finding such perfect accommodation in gurgaon. It made my gurgaon stay very comfortable. The location is the best - near to mg metro station, easy to find a commute and walking distance to the shopping mall. The apartment is furnished with all the required amenities was there. Kitchen is well-stocked as well. The property manager mr. Deepak pandey was also very helpful person. He was always quick to answer if we needed anything and was still away to give a complete privacy. It was like being at home for us. Totally recommend this place over any other hotel in gurgaon.

Rooms are so clean and tidy in citadines. Hygiene is up to the mark in the whole hotel building . Mr.Naresh cleaned my room really well. 2 months ago, I was staying in room no.807. I had sore throat and fever as well. Then Mr.Pawan made a decoction for me and in the morning I got some relief. I m thankful to him. But there are some faults in building need to be improved. Otherwise the services are great. Definitely I will come again.
