The location is absolutely perfect! The breakfast is served at 소다빙실 (梳打冰室), and I was so thrilled to find it here. Their Pork Chop Bun (猪扒包) was actually the best thing I ate during my last trip to Macau, and I was worried I wouldn’t get to have it this time. I’m so happy I found it right here at the hotel! They even provided discount coupons and had some fun hotel events organized. The staff service is top. I also loved the eco-friendly initiative where you get points for skipping room cleaning—it's a win-win for guests and nature. Highly recommended!

Stayed at this hotel 12 years ago, and decided to revisit. I'm impressed by how well the rooms have been renovated and maintained; it's still a great choice. The location is also very convenient, just a short walk to Rua da Cunha. Plus, there's a Haidilao hotpot on the first floor, and the third floor has a good selection of brands, including Pop Mart, which even carries items that are sold out in mainland China.

My stay this time was a complete surprise – no complaints at all! The location is super convenient, making it effortless to get around, find food, and explore the area. The lobby and guest rooms are spotlessly clean, with excellent attention to detail in terms of hygiene – absolutely no cutting corners. The bedding is soft and comfortable, and the soundproofing is really good, so it's quiet at night and you won't be disturbed. All the staff are friendly and polite, and they respond quickly and thoughtfully to any requests. The value for money is exceptional. Next time I'm in the area, this will definitely be my first choice. I honestly highly recommend it to everyone, go for it!

This retro-themed hotel offers a great experience. You can see the Ruins of St. Paul's from the 10th-floor rooftop, and the Senado Square fountain is right downstairs. I had such a wonderful stay at Studio City Macau and it became one of the most memorable parts of my trip. I was so happy and touched that the hotel prepared a room with an Eiffel Tower view exactly as I requested. They also surprised us with a birthday cake and beautiful balloon decorations because I mentioned that I would be celebrating an early birthday with my mother. It made the experience feel extra special and thoughtful. The room was very clean, comfortable, and relaxing. The bed was incredibly cozy, and I loved that the air conditioning could be adjusted easily to the perfect temperature. The bathroom amenities were excellent quality, and the minibar was refilled daily. The staff were also very kind and helpful throughout our stay. When I asked about where to find good egg tarts inside the building, the staff gave great recommendations and directions. One small downside was that the hotel shuttle bus stop was quite far from the main lobby — around a 300-meter walk toward the back of the building. However, everything else about the stay was amazing, so it still felt like a perfect and relaxing getaway. I would definitely love to stay here again in the future.

The room was incredibly spacious and spotless, and the garden view room was a definite highlight! The service staff were all very polite, and the breakfast buffet offered a fantastic variety of dishes, with a great dining atmosphere to boot. It's also super photogenic! The location is really convenient, close to all the attractions, and the hotel even provides complimentary shuttle service. I'll definitely choose Shangpu Hotel again for my next trip!

The front desk staff were incredibly sweet and spoke fluent Mandarin throughout our check-in. For check-in, you'll need your HKSAR/Macau SAR Entry Permit plus the immigration landing slip. You can store your luggage for free (the storage area is to the right of the front desk), so if you arrive early, you can drop off your bags and go explore. There's also a coffee shop in the lobby where you can grab a drink while you wait. They even upgraded our room for free and gave us two key cards! The bathroom was clean, bright, and odor-free, with a smart toilet, shower, and even disposable toilet seat covers. Special shout-out to Susie, Yoyo, Leo, and Erica!

The Rocks Hotel in Macau boasts an elegant design and is conveniently located next to Fisherman's Wharf, offering expansive sea views. The rooms are comfortable and clean with modern facilities, providing excellent value for money. The service is warm and attentive, and transportation is very convenient, making it easy to reach Sands Casino and the Hong Kong-Macau Ferry Terminal. It's an ideal choice for those seeking both tranquility and convenience.

First off, the room was absolutely massive! In Macau, where space is a premium, the W really isn't shy about giving you room to breathe. We could spread out our suitcases without them getting in the way, and there was a separate lounge area with a super comfy beanbag chair. The bathroom had dual sinks, and the shower was incredibly spacious too. But what really blew me away was the night view from the window! We were on a higher floor, right opposite the bustling Taipa district. When the lights came on at night, it was like the whole city transformed into a dazzling galaxy – the '8' Ferris wheel at Studio City, the Parisian Eiffel Tower... it was all there. Turning off the room lights and sitting by the window, watching the trails of car lights, felt truly magical and made for some amazing photos! And I have to rave about the breakfast! I honestly didn't have high expectations for hotel breakfast, but I was completely won over by the seafood congee. The congee base was incredibly smooth, and they were incredibly generous with the fresh prawns and scallops – I had three bowls! There was also freshly made wonton noodles with perfectly springy bamboo noodles. They even had Portuguese egg tarts and Serradura (sawdust pudding), so breakfast felt as satisfying as an afternoon tea.

Genuinely, I stayed at quite a number of hotels in Macau but this one was my favorite 🤩, the location is perfect, taxis pass by almost every 10 mins, they have a free shuttle bus, the pool area is beautiful, the gym is 24/7, the rooms are clean and beautiful, the service was good but only for some staff members, some staff members seemed a bit arrogant, I remember I called in to ask for some medicine, I know the hotel doesn’t have medicine but little help would have mattered such as helping the guest purchase and I can Pay for the extra help but the only thing they told me was to go to the pharmacy and I didn’t have strength to even walk, I felt like I was going to faint and I didn’t know anyone within Macau, it was only one of the staff members, that over heard my conversation with the other staff and offered me some medicine and even gave me water and kept checking up on me, I really appreciated that so much because I don’t know how I would have left the place without his help, I wish i remembered his name but the medicine was from Philippines so I assume he is from the Philippines. Away from that I remember Charles too, who also had good customer service, overall the hotel is good but other staff members need to pay more attention to service.
