The air conditioning in the room was very loud, whether it was on or off. The other amenities and facilities were pretty good. No adapter was needed, and there were plenty of mirrors. Tea bags, coffee, and a mini-fridge were provided. The room itself was small, but the bathroom was spacious. Next time I visit, I'll definitely stay somewhere else, even though this was an upgraded room. However, I checked reviews for every hotel, and no place in the same price range had quiet air conditioning, so it might be a common issue.

I brought my elders to Macau this time and specifically chose to stay in a Venetian luxury suite. Our family had plenty of space and comfort, and the overall experience was very good. Let me share the booking prices: booking in advance is much more cost-effective. A room including double breakfast was just over 2,000, and without breakfast it was a little over 1,500. We spontaneously added another room of the same type on a weekday, and the price jumped to 3,500. The price difference is significant, so I sincerely recommend everyone to book in advance. Check-in isn't until 3 PM. When we arrived at 1 PM, some rooms were still being cleaned. The staff thoughtfully informed us they would send an SMS notification and helped transport our luggage to the room. The front desk service was meticulous; they proactively offered us a map, and the handsome guy at the reception patiently explained about the rooms, restaurants, and surrounding routes – very nice! The suite layout was excellent, with a split-level design separating the living room and bedroom, offering a spacious 70 square meters. It was very convenient for the elders to move around, and the room was clean and tidy. The breakfast restaurant had an elegant European style, spacious and grand. The food was a combination of Chinese and Western, with a rich variety. Everyone in the family found something they liked, and they even had my favorite salmon – it was fantastic! Check-out is at 11 AM, which is a bit early, but you can store luggage for free. They can also transfer it to the West Wing lobby's baggage storage, where the airport bus is located, which doesn't affect subsequent travel. Downstairs is the Grand Canal Shoppes, full of Venetian charm, making shopping and dining very convenient. Considering the room type, service, and location, it's very suitable for traveling with elders. Overall, it's highly recommended.

Stayed in a twin room with a friend. The room was spacious, and the bathroom had great water pressure with instant hot water. Consumables were refilled daily, and the staff were very friendly. There are plenty of shops and restaurants within walking distance, and a park nearby. It's also not far from Wynn and Grand Lisboa, making evening strolls along the waterfront very convenient. You can catch a bus nearby to Taipa. Very satisfied! I'll definitely choose Rio Hotel again next time I visit Macau!

This retro-themed hotel offers a great experience. You can see the Ruins of St. Paul's from the 10th-floor rooftop, and the Senado Square fountain is right downstairs. The staff are warm and friendly. Next time I'm in Macau, I'll definitely stay at the New Central again! Complimentary minibar (once per stay): See the last four attached photos.

I'd grudgingly give it a 3.5 out of 5. Let's start with the positives: The location is very convenient, with easy access to the light rail and buses, and it's within walking distance of major hotels. The room itself had all the amenities you'd expect from a 5-star hotel. Service was prompt, and issues were resolved reasonably quickly. Now for the deductions: I booked for three nights and had to change rooms three times, which was quite a hassle. The reason? I had specifically requested a quiet room when booking. However, the first night, room 28115, though on a high floor, faced the light rail station and a massive equipment cabinet in a circular roundabout, emitting a low-frequency hum. It was tolerable during the day, but at night, it was so noisy I couldn't sleep (see photo). The next morning, I requested a room change. They gave me room 19098, and the front desk even mentioned that this orientation would be much better and quieter. But, it faced nine huge air conditioning exhaust fans directly below (see photo). The noise level was off the charts; I listened to non-stop noise all night. On the third day, I changed rooms again, re-emphasizing not to give me a room facing large equipment. They gave me room 27107 (see photo), which was identical to 28115, facing the light rail equipment cabinet. I was speechless. I kept changing, only to end up with this, all for over 2,000 per night! My initial assessment is that perhaps Studio City doesn't have any rooms that don't face machinery?! If you want a quiet night's sleep and can't stand low-frequency noise, please be warned! One more thing I need to mention: Near the Audi showroom glass door, there's always a beautiful woman in a red fitted long dress with a white fur shawl (a 'star guest'). On the evening of May 22nd, I asked her how to get to the Galaxy Arena next door. Her attitude was very arrogant. It's actually very close, and I generally knew the direction; I just wanted to confirm if there was a direct, indoor walkway. She responded with an incredulous ”Of course you have to go outside!” as if I'd asked something shocking. When I tried to clarify whether to go left or right, she became very impatient, saying, ”Didn't I just tell you...?” and ”It'll take over half an hour to walk~” In reality, it's about an 800-meter walk, taking 15 minutes. I thought she looked nice, so I went to confirm the route, but I don't know where her sense of superiority came from. Dressed like a 'princess,' she really thinks she is one. If you're standing at the door opening and closing it, are you specifically waiting to serve only the 'princes' in your eyes? Heh.

I've been to Macau many times, but this was my first stay at Grand Lisboa Palace. It's very conveniently located, with a direct shuttle bus from Macau Airport to the hotel. The staff in the lobby were incredibly welcoming, patient, and provided excellent service. The room was also very spacious and spotlessly clean. The hotel offers a wide variety of dining options too. I'd definitely want to stay at Grand Lisboa Palace again on my next trip to Macau.

If you're a light sleeper, you'll hear a persistent thumping sound, like a machine running, throughout the night. Other than that, there are no downsides. The room was extremely clean, and the window view was beautiful (thanks to the front desk for the upgrade!). The location is excellent, with multiple bus stops nearby, making it convenient to get anywhere. Definitely a hotel worth staying at in Macau! (o^^o)

Our premium sea view room offered a lovely ocean vista – I highly recommend requesting a higher floor. The hygiene was impeccable, making for a very comfortable stay. As for transportation, there are bus stops directly opposite and next to the hotel, covering most of the popular tourist attractions. If you're heading to The Londoner or The Venetian, you can walk just 5 minutes across to Sands Macao to catch their free shuttle bus, which is super convenient. For a hotel on the Macau Peninsula, it offers excellent value for money! Plus, it's only a 3-minute walk straight back from the famous Marco Polo Open Air Plaza.

First off, the room was absolutely massive! In Macau, where space is a premium, the W really isn't shy about giving you room to breathe. We could spread out our suitcases without them getting in the way, and there was a separate lounge area with a super comfy beanbag chair. The bathroom had dual sinks, and the shower was incredibly spacious too. But what really blew me away was the night view from the window! We were on a higher floor, right opposite the bustling Taipa district. When the lights came on at night, it was like the whole city transformed into a dazzling galaxy – the '8' Ferris wheel at Studio City, the Parisian Eiffel Tower... it was all there. Turning off the room lights and sitting by the window, watching the trails of car lights, felt truly magical and made for some amazing photos! And I have to rave about the breakfast! I honestly didn't have high expectations for hotel breakfast, but I was completely won over by the seafood congee. The congee base was incredibly smooth, and they were incredibly generous with the fresh prawns and scallops – I had three bowls! There was also freshly made wonton noodles with perfectly springy bamboo noodles. They even had Portuguese egg tarts and Serradura (sawdust pudding), so breakfast felt as satisfying as an afternoon tea.

Genuinely, I stayed at quite a number of hotels in Macau but this one was my favorite 🤩, the location is perfect, taxis pass by almost every 10 mins, they have a free shuttle bus, the pool area is beautiful, the gym is 24/7, the rooms are clean and beautiful, the service was good but only for some staff members, some staff members seemed a bit arrogant, I remember I called in to ask for some medicine, I know the hotel doesn’t have medicine but little help would have mattered such as helping the guest purchase and I can Pay for the extra help but the only thing they told me was to go to the pharmacy and I didn’t have strength to even walk, I felt like I was going to faint and I didn’t know anyone within Macau, it was only one of the staff members, that over heard my conversation with the other staff and offered me some medicine and even gave me water and kept checking up on me, I really appreciated that so much because I don’t know how I would have left the place without his help, I wish i remembered his name but the medicine was from Philippines so I assume he is from the Philippines. Away from that I remember Charles too, who also had good customer service, overall the hotel is good but other staff members need to pay more attention to service.

GGuest UserThe Londoner Grand Macau – Suite Experience Review Our family usually chooses suite rooms when we travel, as we value a good night’s rest to prepare for our next journey. Having stayed at many luxury hotels, we’ve experienced excellent service before—but what we experienced at The Londoner Grand truly stood out on a different level. During our stay, Michelle consistently checked in on us to make sure everything was comfortable and that we had no inconveniences. Her attentiveness went far beyond standard service—it felt genuinely warm and thoughtful. Every small detail was handled with such care that it redefined what true hospitality means. The suite itself was exceptional—spacious, elegant, and incredibly comfortable. The bedding was perfect, allowing us to fully relax and recharge. What made our stay even more special was the thoughtful birthday setup prepared for us, which created such a memorable and heartwarming moment for our family. We were also deeply touched by the personalized touches Michelle prepared. She is unexpected gestures that made us feel truly valued as guests. The breakfast experience was equally impressive. The selection was outstanding, and even included caviar—something that elevated the entire dining experience and made it feel truly luxurious. We would also like to extend our sincere thanks to Regie, the Filipino staff member who warmly assisted us with our pickup. His kindness gave us a wonderful first impression and set the tone for the rest of our stay. Having visited many hotels around the world, this is the first time we have experienced such detailed and heartfelt care in every aspect. Without a doubt, we will choose The Londoner Grand again on our next visit to Macau.

SShiny 831I chose to stay here specifically for the full L'Occitane amenities. The deluxe twin room was incredibly spacious, almost like a small apartment. It's a shame that for two people, we only received one complimentary set of amenities. The room decor had warm tones, making the overall atmosphere very cozy, and the bed was comfortable. One minor flaw I noticed was that the curtains felt a bit coarse and dated. After experiencing the incredibly thoughtful service of five-star hotels, the service here felt noticeably less impressive. There are some complementary shops downstairs in the hotel, which are good for a quick browse and bite. The lack of entertainment facilities might be the hotel's biggest 'feature.' If you're looking for good value for money, this place is definitely a solid choice. It's right next to Grand Lisboa Palace, and you can easily take a car there. I didn't find it inconvenient at all. The area isn't that big. To get to central areas like The Venetian, a taxi ride would just be slightly more than the starting fare.

YYouyouyouyouStayed for two nights with my child, and it was simply perfect. First off, the design is stunning; the hotel is so beautiful. The room was spacious and very clean. Fresh fruit was provided daily, and the mini-bar was free and fully stocked – we couldn't even finish everything. The turndown service each night was also excellent. Breakfast was a set menu delivered to the room, more than enough, with both Western and Chinese options available. The hotel is also very close to the airport, just a 5-minute taxi ride. All in all, extremely satisfied!

YYouziairenThe front desk staff were lovely, attentive, and very helpful, always with a smile 😊. She kindly double-checked my reservation and even praised Ctrip's service. Just a few minor suggestions: one of the pillows had an odd smell, and some of the facilities are a bit dated. There was a constant water noise from the toilet and sink; personally, I can sleep through anything, but other guests might be sensitive to noise. The TV signal was poor and very blurry. However, the environment is great; I loved walking by the sea, and there are even hiking trails nearby. I'm looking forward to my next stay. The Cantonese restaurant also had excellent service and delicious food, and they were good about reminding us about portion sizes. Although the abalone was a bit overcooked – or maybe I'm just getting old and can't chew as well, hehehe 😬.
