I’ve been this hotel 4 times but won’t stay ever again soon as I was about to check in there was no confirmation even though I had a voucher waited over a hr to find my details then I upgraded to all inclusive at extra cost 2 days in to my embarrassment I service staff came running out to the pool saying I wasn’t all inclusive and marched me to reception to her horror they staff told her there was a mistake again really disappointing stay

Me and my kids really enjoyed our stay in Lara Barut Collection. Great location, only 20 min from the airport and 35 min from hotel to the old city. Perfect service from check in to check out. Delicious food and a lot of options, from the buffet to restaurants a la carte. All the staff helpful and kind. Strongly recommend it for the family with kids even couples. Everybody can find a nice space and what to do. Special thankz for the restaurant manager Main. Sure we will come back here.

Amazing hotel with the best staff employeed. They are always happy to help and talk with the best smiles so you would miss them when you leave like they were your friends. Rooms are pretty good with all amenities provided however a little small. Special thanks to Mahsa, Sinan and Natali for making over stay wonderful.

Hotel is very clean , everyday they are cleaning the rooms and foods is very good we liked this hotel so much If you want to go beach its maximum 2 min beach is also very good you can enjoy there. Night programs , good shows and good activities thank you for everything the best Animation Team

We went to the hotel 2 days before Ramadan. While the service was good at the entrance, we had difficulty finding someone to talk to in the restaurant. Some sections were not open yet due to the season. The number of employees increased during the holiday, but this time it was also very crowded. The landscaping of the hotel is wonderful, but the rooms are old and the cleanliness was not very good. The pet acceptance area is very nice.

Greetings, During my stay at the hotel, I felt the need to write about the positives and negatives. (+) The hotel is within walking distance of the city centre. It is said that hospitality will be guaranteed with regard to satisfaction. There have been some difficult situations lately, The gentleman by the name of Mehmet Altin provided us with the necessary instructions. Thanks to Miss Elif from the guest relations all the problems have been resolved and we have received gifts. I'm a neat guy so i love the cleanliness of the room. That was absolutely clean. They produce delicious and rich food. Bartender Dogan Demirhan is very knowledgeable and an excellent staff! The entertainment team amuses us and we have a great time. There's a tunnel to the sea When we have needs, people come to help us and give us their support. Turkish people are great! (-) Lobby bar personnel need to be trained to talk to the guest! Hotel doesn't have a lot of snacks. there are not enough deckchairs. There are only 1 slides as a Aqua park See you in the new year. Thanks to everyone for their hard work and guarantee!

Its a great hotel located in the middle of the city. Great amenities and very clean. Everyone is kind and happy to help all the time.

Hotel was as the pictures show. As expected because the rooms are all white it’s easy to see all the scuff marks left by previous visitors. The halls leading to the rooms have black carpets and neon pink lighting which can be a bit dizzying. The rooms have large mirrors on each wall. Felt a bit like a “love hotel” in that sense, if you know what I mean. The bathrooms were clean with instant hot water and a very powerful shower, although what was disappointing was the toilet, I value cleanliness a lot especially with a toilet, they have a basic bidet loo with the the spray nozzle really sticking out which wasn’t t clean at all, I would have preferred a spray gun. They left paper/plastic cups in the room for teas/coffees, apparently for hygiene reasons, the cups smelled like chemicals, I would have preferred a usual ceramic mug being a 5 star hotel. The facilities were in abundance, the spa was definitely a big winner for me. The staff (for the hotel) on the other hand hardly smiled, were uninterested and really unhelpful 99% of the time. I felt like I was a burden even when requesting simple stuff like a bottle of water. I found very few spoke any English, and look I get I’m in a foreign country but if you’re going open up you lands to tourists at least be a bit prepared for the most spoken language in the world! I even used google translate at times but that didn’t seem very useful as for reasons unknown to me the staff still didn’t understand what I was asking for… I went in June, so the outdoor pool was open, I opted to use the indoor pool due to the high temperatures, it was nice that I had it all to myself, the pool was clean but the woods bordering the pool was wearing away and cracking. The hotel food wasn’t that great, I tried breakfast buffet once which was ok I guess for being around £6-7 pp. The lounge menu was dreadful, I ordered a ribeye steak that took 45mins only to be served with a thin overcooked, dry tuna looking thing. I tried to explain this wasn’t ribeye or anything that resembled a steak, they didn’t seem interested and were quick to hand me the bill. Outside the hotels is boulevard, a parade of around 30ish restaurants and coffee shops. Teaming with energy and life, they close around 1am every and have a lovely atmosphere. Prices are not too steep with a decent meal setting you back around 250tl. I’ve got to say I felt unwelcome in turkey, I also went to Istanbul a couple of weeks before this and had a similar experience. Perhaps I’m biased, I was a solo male traveler with a Middle Eastern /Asian complexion, I tipped well, spoke politely and tried not to bother too many people yet I felt like I shouldn’t be there. I have since learned by one of the cafe owners that Turks don’t actually like people of my “complexion” or anyone resembling Middle Eastern people which is disappointing, and the end of the day if you want the tourism be a bit more hospitable at the very least in the hotels.

I recently had the pleasure of staying at the Renex Hotel, and it exceeded all my expectations. Conveniently located just 12 minutes from the airport, this brand-new hotel boasts with modern building. One of the highlights of my stay was the Turkish hamam, which provided a perfect blend of relaxation and rejuvenation. The hotel staff were incredibly friendly and attentive. The cleanliness of the hotel was impeccable; everything felt fresh and spotless. Additionally, the breakfast offered was of high quality, with a diverse selection of delicious and fresh options to start the day right. Overall, my experience at Renex Hotel was fantastic, and I would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

The room was quite comfortable. Only the bathtub in the bathroom is a bit strange, and the isolation is only half-way. . Otherwise, the stay was quite comfortable. It is close to the sea and it is very convenient to go to the beach. Our room also has a sea view. Highly recommended! A short trip to Antalya and Crowne Plaza is nice and comfortable. It is very near the beach, so very convenient to go to the beach to relax and chill. We could see the sea from our room! The layout of the bathtub is a little weird and it covers only half the tub....

Had the most Wonderful experience here! The hotel has outstanding interior design, plenty of space outdoors to spend time in the sun, a few shops, spa, gym, pilates sessions, evening parties, good quality food and different types of cuisine, just a complete holiday experience! I truly recommend it! 😀

It was clean, the food was delicious and the activities were nice. Although we chose a double bed room, the beds in the room were single, they helped to put the beds together in a short time.

Picked up the car from the car rental company at the airport and arrived at the hotel in more than half an hour. The road conditions are very good. The hotel combines eating, drinking, and fun, and the decoration style of fairy tales. Children love it very much. The breakfast and dinner were very hearty and the taste was good. This is the second stay, and the price difference is very high in low season and high season.

Second time in Calista 2024.08.24-2024.08.31 and still everything good, relax holiday, beautiful environment, perfect sunbends around the pool. Everything is clean. Charm beach club is perfect in the evening. Based on the fact that the hotel is full you need to understand that if you come to the evening performance at the last moment, you will not get a free table. The same in the main restaurant, it is full, but several times a manager in the restaurant helps to find a free table. In my opinion they need to build new aquapark, it is too old and small for good hotel. Food in the main restaurant is good, but I missed more hot seafood, but you always can taste grille fish outside. Patiserie in the main building is really poor and a small selection :( Lobby bar is one of my favourite, tasty coctails and relaxed lighting. Rooms are cleaned 2 times a day, mini bar ok. Missed a nesspreso coffe machine in the room. Live music in the evening is perfect. Service at the pool area in the daytime is good. Alacarte restaurant very tasty :) I will return to this hotel again if the price will be similar! :)

Been the innvista for 1 week after reading reviews was a bit worried but found no problem with the hotel yes thir is not a lot ov english thir but everyone was friendly staff wher amazing and easy to get served at bar at all times no problem food was just like eny all-inclusive you could find something only food part that was bad was by kids pool (not good ) only thing stopping me going back is nothing to do around hotel area and O.M.G the price in land of legends is a rip off and no bars just restaurants you can just get a drink in them but as I sed a rip off and got to give biggest shout out to the man who took the cases to room allways smiling and to the hotel cleaner who is in the lobby allways took time to say hi 👋

We just came back from this resort.We spend 10 days there.The resort is wonderful,all staff are very friendly and very helpful.We stayed in a family room which had a small balcony too and it was near by the relax pool which is for adults only.We stayed by the pool quite a lot but didn't go to the water too much as it was quite cold.The resort has a main restaurant and a couple of speciality restaurants but you have to pay for some of them.The restaurant has a buffet and it's open for breakfast,lunch and dinner and it has a lot of options.every night is a different theme,so we had Turkish night,fish night ,Italian and many more.We always sat at the same table and we had the same waiter Hasan who was very good and always remembered what drink we have usually.He was very hardworking,polite,friendly and really nice.As I am vegan,I had some nice meals over there but my only problem was that they didn't have any vegan desserts.It was so unfair to see all those nice cakes every night and I had to eat baked fruit or just fruit.Once I asked the chef but he didn't understand me and sent me to another one who did not understand me either and asked me if I speak German or Dutch.Finally the third one came and he brought me out some chocolate cake which you could have in the coffee shop but wasn't anything special.I'm sure these chefts can make a nice vegan cream cake,or panna cotta with vegan milk,or cupcakes,cheesecake which I can make it at home.I really hope that they will change this and they will make at least one vegan cream cake for dinner or lunch.We would come back to this resort for sure.The resort is beautiful and very clean.The staff works very hard to mantain the gardens and everything else.The sea was very warm and we spent a lot of time on the beach.There is a bus which goes from the hotel to the town Kadriye where is the bazaar on Tuesday and the Land of Legends theme park and shopping mall.The bus cost 1 euro but it's very packed so we had to take the taxi back to the hotel as we had a few bags to carry.The airport is about 30-40 mins from the resort,it depends on the traffic.The entertainment was great every night and I had a massage on my birthday which was awesome too.Generally it was a very good and clean resort and we would come back again but mostly if they will make some vegan cakes and maybe some sorbet or ice cream too.Thank you for the great experience and thank you to all staff for their hard work.

A very nice resort right on the beach. The food was very good, there was something for everyone. Overall we were very happy with everything and would definitely come back

Amazing holiday. The hotel and its staff are just great. Such a relaxing place. Ebru from the over 16 area of the main restaurant (amazing food) was a stand out waitress, could not do any more for us and always with a smile. The “skater boy” at the pool was a delight too. Yes, as others have said, rooms are dated but they are clean and spacious and our sea view was definitely worth it. Saw some good “acts” in the evening. My only real criticism about our 8 nights there is that some of the other guests were so rude to staff. Totally unnecessary. Even better if - tv channels are limited to just one for England (but we don’t go on holiday for the telly), better wifi (though perfectly workable in lobby area). Would be good to have more info about the locality and what is around. Back to the food - those reviews that say it’s repetitive- well it is insofar as they have pretty much everything every day. One of the best all inclusive buffets I’ve ever been too. The ottoman a la carte restaurant was also superb. Thank you kaya belek

Perhaps this is the best hotel I've ever been to. Everything is impeccable: beautiful well-groomed territory, perfect cleanliness, incredibly tasty food! Dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner are so varied that you won’t be able to try everything)) Vegetables, fruits, salads, cheeses are displayed with designer decoration. I am delighted! Service at the highest level. Special thanks for a bottle of champagne and a basket of fruit in the room on my birthday, as well as for a cake with candles in the a la carte restaurant on that day. It was a pleasure!

The attention and friendliness of all the staff at the hotel was very nice. The food was very delicious. The flavors in the a la carte restaurants were very good. It was a hotel with many facilities. We had a very nice holiday in terms of its location, location and staff.

Excellent ultra all inclusive hotel. Fresh, clean rooms. Excellent food, very tasty cocktails (high-quality original alcohol). I liked the evening shows - live music at the pool bar and programs at the amphitheater. The spa area was renovated in 2024, but we found it small and not very pleasant compared to Barut Hemera. If you like coffee, they only have a carob coffee machine at the pool bar. In other places, coffee is made from a machine. I had to ask separately for it to be made from a carob machine. Overall I recommend the hotel.

Disappointing stay at this resort. I and my family recently suffered a lot. They literally cheated us by giving us corner room and the room wasn’t the same as we booked. It was totally a different room. We requested them couple of times. They ignored our request and were banging all the time by saying their rooms are fully booked. Thanks to trip.com who were there for us all the time. Trip.com went beyond their noms to help us out.

If you are not russian you should just run away and cancel your reservation!!! We went to reception and they kept ignoring us even though we were on line and it was our turn And the smell of room was like old grandpa cheap cologne i wanted to surprise my girlfriend by coming to this hotel but only thing she was surprised is the smell of the room And the quality of alcohols are INFERIOR!! If you wanna vomit you can just ask for a cocktail＜3 Meals are so appetite suppressant because of this hotel i was about to hate menemen and kind of meat my girlfriend was about to vomit bc of the desserts she has never cooked anything in her life but even she would make it better desserts taste like soap And they say THEY HAVE BATH RIGHT??? NO THEY DONT WE DIDNT EVEN HAVE A BATHTUB PLUG AT OUR ROOM we reported about the bathtub plug to reception and only they did was ignoring us and they said they will handle the situation no they didn’t all they can do is lying to you!!!!!!! i HAD TO use cotton so we could use the bath And they only play cringe songs that you cant even stand or ONLY RUSSIAN????!! Playlists are so derpiest And the elevator just broke down while there was a woman in it she was calling for help and no one even cared. The poor woman was stuck in there they could only rescue her after one million minutes im sorry for her and they didn’t repair the elevator FOR DAYS!! My girlfriend was mad at me because i was late going back to room busy waiting the elevator to come to first floor AND THE EOOM WAS SO DIRTY EW they dont even have ashtray at the rooms really unbelievable

My wife and I have stayed in many hotels, but Selin Hotel changed our perception of the hotel. Employees literally revolve around you to please you. Friendly staff motivates you, food and cleanliness are very good. Since we came out of season, some bars and pools were closed, but the indoor pool, sauna and Turkish bath were open. The sauna was in service at 09:00, I think it was very good, we were generally satisfied, thank you to the staff for the service.

We've just got back from a fantastic holiday and we can't recommend it enough. The complex was huge and spacious. There was so much choice of where to eat and drink. Two restaurants on the beach, one does pasta and the other has pizza, kebab, chips, salad and more. The main restaurant for breakfast, lunch and dinner. A counter with waffles, wraps, jacket potatoes etc. Patisserie with rolls and cakes. Coffee shop with several varieties of fresh coffees. Bars in the main restaurant, bars in the hotel lounge inside and outside, bars at the two beach restaurants, and a swim up bar. Free water bottles everywhere, that you can help yourself to. Two very large pools with plenty of space to swim. We never had a problem getting a sunbed or umbrella. The rooms were smart and cleaned everyday. The thing that made this holiday so good was the staff. All of the staff (cleaners, bar staff, caterers, receptionists, entertainers) were so nice and so helpful and wanted you to have a nice time. Merve at customer relations was very friendly and attentive. She knew it was our sons birthday during the holiday and arranged a special table for dinner and was always friendly and helpful. Also the entertainment team were fantastic and really wanted people to join in and have a good time. There was a foam party on the Friday and we just managed to fit it in before our transfer home. Thank you everyone at Seven Seas for a brilliant holiday.

This hotels is massive with at least three separate buildings and apartment buildings too. Food was ok for dinner, snack bats were good. The general repair of the hotel was low: chipping paint in lobby, bubbled up wood on reception, broken trim in room, etc. The big plus was the quiet pool for those who do not want screaming kids and loud music. Not a fan of outside of the hotels, no restaurants or cafes to speak of, just shopping, which I understand: what’s the point when everything is all inclusive. All in all a nice stay, premium alcohol was available and midnight to 3AM food.

We have just come home from an amazing family holiday. I travelled with 3 children aged 21, 16, 13, 2 boys and girl, there were activities for them all, from Water aerobics every morning taken by Cumin Ali who is amazing, water polo, water games, we also tried the keep fit activities. Cumin Ali took us out on 3 different bike rides to show us the surrounding areas if you get the chance make sure you go on the bike rides they are brilliant and free, takes place 10.15am every morning. All pools were brilliant and the beach was lovely. The bar staff were very friendly and always ready to pour you a drink a big mention to Murat he was very friendly and made us feel very welcome. There was something for us to eat every day in the restaurant and lots to choose from, food offered to you at all times through the day, the lady making the pancakes was brilliant and they were very tasty, it is even worth watching her making them. We stayed in the one bedroom apartment and it was great with lots of room for us. The 2 boys stayed in their own room which was spacious they did say they would have liked a bigger balcony. The boys got an amazing shave and one of them had a haircut, we went to the Turkish Bath which was very relaxing and the massage was great. This resort has something for everyone, I loved my holiday and would recommend anybody to go here, I will hopefully get back next year at some point.
