Location is quite good but the hotel is a bit dated. The safe was not working, but to their credit, they replaced one the next day. Cleanliness is just OK, but can be improved. The room is generally OK, but the drawers were not cleaned properly.

This is my 2nd stay here this month. Absolutely loved the stay. I was hosting my daughter’s birthday dinner at the India Grill the first time around and the staff here was unbelievably hospitable. Mr. Yogesh made sure that all our guests were very well taken of and attended to. Also, special thanks to Ramesh. Coming back here again.

Very smooth experience with Ibis new Delhi Aerocity. Though there was an initial confusion on booking the staff made sure everything was in place to ensure a smooth stay. Great spread on the buffet breakfast menu. Also the chief chef/restaurant in charge was kind enough to offer some freshly prepared food with less spices for my 3 year old kid. I highly recommend this

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a thoroughly disappointing experience. Despite the hotel's promising appearance, the room and amenities fell short of expectations. *Issues:* 1. Unpleasant Odor: The bathroom had a strange, lingering smell. 1. Cramped Room: The room was extremely small. 1. Overpriced: Not worth the cost. 1. No Smoking Room: I specifically requested a smoking room, but none were available. *Not Recommended*. For the price, you can find much better options in the area.

Alpina hotel in GK2 is highly recommended! All staff are extremely hospitable and go out of their way to help out :) My electric scooter ran out of battery as I was passing by the hotel. The security guard and front office staff extended their warm support and helped me drag my scooty to a charging point in the parking area where I could charge it. Thank you, I am going to recommend it to all friends, relatives and colleagues.

This is a very plush Holiday inn which we didn’t expect. Everything is great and there are plenty options for food. Security lift and all feels very secure. We enjoyed a nice break although it rained so we didn’t try the pool. But pricey for food which matches the hotel standard. Staff excellent. Everything immaculate.

Good location not far from Connaught Place, close to restaurants and bars and some historic areas. Only 1 restaurant in the hotel limits food choice. Breakfast is good and the staff friendly and courteous.

This hotel is the worst in New Delhi, because it is already midnight to New Delhi. I thought it would be okay to find a hotel for 311 yuan. It turned out that Ctrip did not comment on this hotel too much. The service attitude and breakfast were not good. Taxi: The hotel's own car costs 1,000 rupees to the downtown area, which is too high ... It's bad, and no photo was taken ... because I don't like it very much.

I was in New Delhi for and single night and upon recommendations from friends I decided to book this place. I love that it wasn’t very far from the airport and it was definitely very close to the center of Delhi with so many tourist attractions and shopping options and food places around within walking distance. The staff are very Very helpful and made sure that my stay there was pleasant. I had an early morning flight and the staff Packed my breakfast for me too.
