Don’t expect perfection but for the price I paid and for the service received during my overnight stay, I’m rating this 5 for going beyond my expectations for this first time booking. 2 days before my stay, Savoy Hotel sent me an email reminder. It also says, “Please do not hesitate to let us know if we can be of assistance in making any special preparations prior to your arrival.” and so I give it a shot and replied with a request. Thank you to Housekeeping Team Leader Remuel Tayao for that creative presentation. Most of the staff I’ve encountered with are courteous and welcoming except for the tall front desk lady during my check-in. Btw, I hope you install a pin light by the room coffee/tea area and closet. Thank you, Savoy Hotel.

The hotel lobby looks fine, but the room seriously needs improvement. We stayed here during a transit stop, spending one night in Manila, and walked to MOA for dinner. We didn't have breakfast at the hotel but bought it from Jollibee, which is conveniently located next to the hotel.

We had a delightful stay at the Grand Westside Hotel, perfect for our relaxing weekend escape. Despite the hotel being newly opened and still undergoing some construction, the facilities and room were both adequate and comfortable. A special highlight was the breakfast, featuring an extensive and satisfying menu. We also want to extend our heartfelt thanks to Kim, for helping us book our room. Overall, it was a wonderful experience.

I recently stayed at the Belmont Hotel Manila for a work trip and had a fantastic experience! The hotel's modern design and amenities made for a comfortable and convenient stay. The room was clean and spacious, with a great view of Newport city. The hotel's location was perfect for my business needs, with easy access to the airport and nearby offices. I also appreciated the hotel's hospitality and proximity to many eateries. Overall, I would highly recommend the Belmont Hotel Manila for business travelers. This is business express so one should not expect luxury stay such as comfortable space and service. It’s meant to be a decent transient place. The breakfast buffet did not have a wide variety but at least no wastage. The downside though is the pastries in their bar cafe is a bit subpar like they were days old not to mention super slow service. The room also is not that spic and span, probably a relatively old hotel than its neighbors. At least their bed is still the usual Holiday Inn bed -comfortable; plus, they have a pullout sofa bed. Their bathrooms only got showers and it’s quite small.

The hotel is good I have a nice view down the river, the foods waa excellent. But I don't like there way on checking in, because I arrived at 11:00 o'clock in the morning, so tired from my flight, but one of the staff told me that I have to wait unti 3:00pm??? I waited until 3 :00 in the afternoon, the staff said he will call me when 3pm arrive, but 3:08 nobody call.mr thst is why.. I need to go back to the receptionist if I can now enter my room. As in my god, what an experienced. There's more I already booked my stay there and yet the receptionist said I have to wait when somebody will checked out! What the @##£%! I mean what's going on???. While waiting in the lobby I saw many people just arrived from the hotel and yet, they don't waited forcso long hours, they are all well accommodated. While me here WAITING FOR 4 HOURS to get inside? Did I smell, something like...... oh your not rich, i will entertain you later? Can you enlighten me more about there policy!

Y2 Residence is a bit along Makati Avenue (about 2.5 kms from Greenbelt Malls area) and around the corner from Century City Mall. There are numerous small restaurants within easy walking distance along Makati Ave and surrounds. We stayed two nights at Y2 Residence Hotel on our way from Palawan and prior to departing the Philippines and wish we had found it earlier. On arrival were were immediately made feel welcome , met on the road and our bags taken and carried in for us. (We had stayed in a number of places in the Philippines on this trip and our previous far more expensive where this did not occur). Check in was seamless, Y2 offers an online check in however we prefer face to face. Our room a One Bedroom Deluxe Suite on the ninth flooor, while not large was easily spacious enough for the two of us. A two seater lounge, a single chair with coffee table. A small dining table and a kitchenette large enough to cook in if you wanted. The bedroom was small with one bedside table on one side wih a cupboard with safe on the other. But really what more was needed. The bathroom is small (narrow) however had everything in it including an intantatious hot water system that provided hot water quickly. Even though we faced the main entrance and a building site was adjacent to us we were not disturbed by noise. However this may change as building increases. The view from the rooftop pool and bar area are worth the extremely slow lift up and down then walk up the flight of stairs, particularly as one lift was out of service while we were there making it even slower to get to any floor/ foyer. The lift was the most frustrating thing with our stay. The pool area and surrounds are not large and would if busy you would be lucky to find somewhere to sit, however while we were there we had not problems with this. As stated the view across the city is spectacular, take a few minutes to soak it in. Pros Excellent value for money Very good service, particularly the young trainees. Clean and comfortable room Rooftop bar and pool area with amazing views. Close to some incredibly food Good breakfast Cons Very slow lift system

I really enjoyed my stay at this condotel. It was a great experience for me, the staff was friendly and helpful, the room was neat and tidy, great view from the Newport Boulevard and swimming pool.

We got free room upgrade! Thank you for handling us really well! We’re looking forward to our next booking! The room is really nice and huge for the two of us. We got this place cause we are watching a concert in MOA Arena! And it’s the nearest soool near that you can walk around 10 mins or less.

Perfect location for a hotel. We loved our stay here at The Heritage Hotel. Lovely buffet breakfast. Thank you to Duty Manager Ramy who kindly helped us during our stay. The Staffs are friendly. Although my husband is a bit hesitant about giving our IDs fpr confirmation because the 2 staffs that night looks very casual(nakapambahay) instead of wearing formal and uniform attire. As a Pinay, I understand. But still they are working on a residences where foreigners usually stay. My husband thought it was a scam. But I explain the culture. Also I trust my gut feelings that night too. They explained everything well. And happy to go back there if we ever visited Philippines again. Also The staff who helped me with things there, I salute him. He is very kind which my husband was very impressed. Told him don't judge the book by it's cover. We went out and bought some things which is very near the place and the guards are very kind helping us find a spot to smoke since the private and public areas are non-smoking. Kudos Philippines and Shore Residences. I forgot to take pictures since we did not have a long stay also we just need a place to rest and stay for a while. And we're busy packing so...🥰

Service good. Just would be nice if ☕ was provided like tea & water is. Bfast is next door @ kenny Roger's. Night market near. MOA in 🚶♂️ distance.

I definitely love my stay in this hotel,,, the room is very neat and tidy,, I love the mattress,, so soft, my only concern is that the people in that area are quit scarry😱😱😱,, one guy ask for some change and i'ts hard to repuse,, he look like hes going to eat me alive🤣🤣🤣,,, so my advice is to have coins in you pocket that you can give so they'll love you😅😅😅 but aside from that I still recommend this hotel when your planing to stay in manila,,

The hotel is very accessible to the place that I have to take my exam. The staff of the hotel are more than accommodating. The overall ambiance of the hotel is perfect for our needs. We will definitely book again.

Our second stay at Red Planet Hotel was nothing short of magical. The combination of luxurious accommodations, outstanding service, and thoughtful amenities made it the perfect destination for a romantic staycation. We left feeling relaxed, reconnected, and eager to return. Highly recommended for couples looking to escape the hustle and bustle and enjoy some quality time together.

Except for the hotel transfer which was a catastrophe, we can recommend this hotel. We were staying in a room with a separate bed and living room. We almost did not go outside for lunch and dinner. Mistro on the 35th floor offered superb views and nice dishes except few we did not really like (maybe different taste). The staff, starting from cleaning ladies to the waitresses and managers are friendly and really caring about their services. We can recommend this hotel compared to Hilton where we had bad experiences and Seda Residence is offering more value than Hilton.

This is our 3rd time staying at St. Giles Makati. The location is very convenient, with many restaurants and stores nearby, and the staff are very accommodating. We requested a corner room after making the reservation, and they were able to arrange it for us even though the booking was made on the same day. However, the room provided had a wet spot on the carpet near the door, and we are not sure where it came from. The breakfast was okay and simple, not particularly special, but we hope they upgrade the variety of dishes given that the breakfast fee is quite expensive compared to other hotels. Overall, we love staying here; everything is good and relaxing! 🥳

My stay at I'm Hotel was great, checkin was fast and easy, fully transparent. The hotel accommodated all my requests, and a great room was provided fully equipped and pristine. I like their water dispenser where one can fill their water bottles up for free. The staff are absolutely delightful, helpful and cheerful which adds to the air of positiveness and professionalism. The location is superb. Best of all was the breakfast and spa. The rooftop bar had great views, vibes and food. Room city view was spectacular. Thank you and looking forward to staying there soon. The hotel is decent if you are looking for an affordable place to stay in the city. It is located in the middle of the city, with constant traffic noise day and night. The breakfast was simple and basic. The hotel staff were mostly friendly and welcoming. The bed was comfortable and the room was spacious! The hotel had a moldy smell lingering in the bedrooms and entrance but it wasn’t overpowering.

Firstly, the good. Good location in colourful Poblacion (close to the heart of Makati but keep alert) and reasonably priced. Good friendly staff who go out of their way, Nino, Marlon and Leo (Nino in particular gave me great help when ING Australia had suspended use of my ATM card given its overseas use even though I advised that I would be overseas! lol). Good security (steel security door) and good value. The bad....upper floors can only be accessed by stairs which resemble the steep climb to the death face of K2 (to say it is somewhat steep is an understatement). Nimble young folks and families could do it but it was a great strain for older folks like me despite the fact that the friendly staff were happy to carry my bags upstairs. Secondly, the internet there must be run by evil spirits - you would get connected and the internet would fade and disconnect, or refuse to connect repeatedly. There are many other alternative internet options (different routers for different floors) however you would get the same bad internet experience over and over again. Whilst there is no great internet even in Manila, at the end of the day the internet here was a very frustrating experience and a great difficulty if you absolutely required it (which is most of us). The rooms were so so and came with air conditioning and were about right for a budget stay.

my room was 1010 and it was so smelly, nag tiis nalang ako for 3nights. Ung baho ata nanggagaling sa toilet. At first ung room na binigay sa akin is NO window kahit na ang binook ko ay meron naman at ayaw pa nga echange eh dami explanation.. so, I complaint kaya chinange nila. Anyways, Thank you kay Sir (night duty) na nag assist sa akin kaya napabilis ung pag change ng room.

During my recent trip to Makati, I stayed at Abraham Manila. After a 4-hour bus ride from the province, arriving at Abraham Manila was a welcome break. I chose their double room, which was just right for my short stay in Manila. The room was cozy and comfortable, providing a nice place to relax. If you're looking for affordable options, they also have dormitory accommodations. One of the best things about my stay was the water refills on the 7th floor, which was really handy. And having a dedicated working booth was great for getting work done remotely in a quiet space. The staff at Abraham Manila were amazing, always ready to help with anything I needed. Plus, the hotel's location in Poblacion, Makati, was perfect. There were plenty of restaurants and bars nearby to explore, making it easy to find something new to try each night.

I arrived in the hotel at around 3:30am because of my delayed flight. I was expecting that I may have issues with check-in time because normally hotels only accept check-in o until 12 midnight. At that time, I was surprised that from the guard on duty to the front staff, everyone is well awake and happy to help me unload my luggages from my car. Check-in is smooth and easy and I'm lucky enough to get a free room upgrade. The hotel is generally clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. Buffet breakfast is basic but I love the dried danggit and the bitter melon omelette and skinless sausages with brewed coffee and iced tea on the side. Well done Eurotel Pedro Gil. I recently had the pleasure of staying at Swiss-Belhotel Blulane, and the experience was thoroughly enjoyable. It's been a long time since I visited, but it was a shame that I couldn't use the swimming pool, etc., but the service was generally satisfactory.

My wife and I along with our son stayed there for two nights. Check in was easy and we were greeted when we opened the door. The hotel is very busy and tons of people coming in and out. I was shocked because it seemed very old on the inside but nice. Quick and easy check although I was asked to pay a 2,000 php deposit fee that I got back when we checked out. Room was okay and bed was comfy. The AC had to be turned on and off and turned all the way up but still was hot for us three. Hotel seemed very strict and didn't feel too welcoming as we seemed to be watched the whole time especially at breakfast. The buffet was okay and the food wasn't that hot. Coffee was way on the other side along with the juice which didn't have any labels to what it was. My biggest complaint was the door latch though. Even if locked you could move the door back and forth as if it was unlocked oh and of course the AC. Water pressure was excellent and water temp was perfect if not the best. Might stay here again due to price and location.

It is an old hotel. So manage your expectations. Having said that, we had a comfortable and convenient stay. It is near hospitals (our purpose was to go to a follow up check up), malls, museums and parks (second purpose, family outing) The hotel is clean enough. There is hot water (shower). It smells like an old hotel when you step inside, but it is clean, I didn't see cockroaches haha They change beddings and towels every other day, or upon request. I think they could improve on the laundry of their towels and beddings though. Hindi naman ako nangati. Aircon is cool. Elevator is old in style, but still works. Overall it was a good stay, sulit for the price. Specially that wr had a five year old with us. I also love how they still have newspapers. Most guests are families, or older people hehe probably on government business.

This hotel is under management of a grander Manila Hotel. Rooms are large and modern, the servgice ipeccable, and breakfast is great. It also has a very good Chinese retsuaryrant. Curiously, it does not have the bar. I stayed two months until it closed due to covid. It is only about ten minutes walk form large SM shopping centre . Highly recommended

When I entered my shower room it smelled like urine. There were drain flies too. Like everyday the shower room has lots of it. The in-between of the grouts were dirty, and needed thorough scrubbing and disinfecting. The AC was not as cold, mahina. I couldn't request a transfer cause I've already unpacked my stuff. Would be nice if the staff are more polite. Some of them makakasabayan mo sa elevator and doesn't even greet you. Everything else was great.

At first, I was dissapointed to the room given to us - No view, at the corner location which was super dimmed. I immediately requested for us to be transferred and I was given another room by 4pm. I emailed our room two room reservations a month prior my booking so I am not expecting that my requests were not granted. However, I really appreciated their kind gesture of transferring us to a room with view and giving me complimentary birthday cake.

Location wise, this is close to the US Embassy so you can stay here if you have an appointment. Many restaurants nearby too and you can even request for a massage service. I was able to work here as well during my stay since they have fast and reliable internet connection.
