First, he apologized and didn't want me to complain, but he still had to pay the dinner fee first. It was already late, so I didn't want to waste time, so I paid the dinner fee. To apologize, the manager said that he would send us a piece of fruit in each room. I looked at the reservation form, and it included a piece of fruit when I booked it. After looking at my order, the manager changed his words and said that he would send a piece of fruit to each room the next morning. When I checked out this morning, I didn't see any more fruit.
