The room and amenities were really great but I had a bad experience checking out. They didn’t have a proper process for billing with Trip.com, they held me 3 hours and the payment still couldn’t come through. Don’t know who’s fault it was but from what I saw, Radisson Blu seemed at fault. While they made me ask Trip.com reps to calk them, their operator wasn’t taking calls properly. I had to call on their number infront of them to show that their operator isn’t taking call thats why Trip.com isn’t able to get through. Their business emails were messed up and because of it Trip.com wasn’t able to send the payment, finally I paid physically. One expects Radisson Blu to have a better process to handle bookings from online platforms, but it seems this one is just for marriage parties and not tourists.

Proffesionally done hotel with all facilities required for a star class hotel situated in the bylanes with very right small roads is the only drawback but staff do take care to help people cart out vehicle smoothly upto main road. It is more of business hotel rather than a family hotel but as it's located in market area couple can think fir a night stay here too as it's reasonably priced budget hotel

Good location near all main places good staff, cheapest hotel in gorkhapur but in this price get good faculties in other cities. Price high no other facility is not available like free packed water bottle, but provide ro water all room is not attached bath room over this hotel is ok ok because of location only

It’s a newly opened property in residential area. Clean rooms. Good service staff. No in-house food available at this point in time but the hotel staff arranges food on your request. It will be good if the staff can have a menu set and ask the guests to order from that menu. The property gives more of a home stay vibe than a hotel. Overall i enjoyed my stay as the staff was very friendly and accommodating. At present the pricing of the property seems to be on a higher side.
