I found this hotel via make my trip. I took one 3 adult room and one 2 adult room. 3 adultvroom was neat but 2 adult room was not up to the level. They have arranged morning coffee from outside. It will be good if we have it in the hotel. Also one main thing underground vehicle parking ramp is too high engine chasis pad got damaged. Not good for sedan cars specially honda city. Please make some arrangements to fix this. Thanks

Stay was comfortable, but facility is not on-par to a three star hotel. Restaurant had limited food choices, looks like the chef took vacation due to which north indian food was not available. And the breakfast buffet food choice was limited as well, staff kept on saying dosa was not part of breakfast package and toast can’t be taken out (my kids were not in mood to eat early. Every dish had garlic mixed with it, even in the coconut chutney.

We booked this hotel on a close friend's recommendation. And we would say, no regrets at all. Though we stayed only one night, it was a very comfortable stay. The hotel premises itself was very neat and well-maintained. The ample parking space was a huge plus for us since we had driven from bangalore. Room was comfortably large. Staff was very responsive and helpful. Food at the attached balaji bhavan was excellent. Small issues - bathroom did not have hand wash soap (but had shampoo. Toilet roll missing but a partial roll given upon aksing. Tv in one of our rooms was missing and we had call them to fix it. One of our rooms had to operated using a key since the card sensor was malfunctioning and call bell was not working either.

Ideally located in a calm but commercial place where the famous temples of Lord Adhikumbheswarar and Lord Sarrangapani , and other temples are situated. We stayed in a Deluxe room on 3rd floor. Spacious with wardrobe and a clean restroom. Complimentary Bottled drinking water (1 number) of local brand, tasting little saltish, is provided daily. No kettle or toiletry is given. But room needs make over as walls and curtains are shabby and dirty. Staff are courteous and helping type. Unfortunately, no good eatery is found in this busy part of town.

The room was ready on time. I was able to contact the property owner, who was very helpful. The caretakers arranged transport at reasonable rates and were supportive throughout the stay. The room was clean and hygienic. The ac worked well. Hot water was available. The lication is quite good, not far from the city tempmes and railway station. Would recommend for family and solo travellers. Decent and safe place.
