One of the best hotel in Srinagar. Hospitality is totally excellent. I have ***aged a group of seventy people from Maharashtra and stayed here in December 27 2022 to 1 January 2023 and we all were stuck due to heavy snowfall. All staff members were very cooperating. They provided us the best service in such a very hard weather ☁️ . I am very thankful to all members of this hotel. Owner is such a great fellow. He came to us regularly and spent few hours with us . He also encouraged us don't worried about weather we all were with you . He is very kind hearted person. May waheguru ji bless him with shower of happiness in his life.

Fabulous location, we were welcomed very warmly and the car was valet parked which was important as it was cold and raining. We were offered a warm drink and a comfortable place to sit whilst the formalities of check in were completed. We didn’t even have time to finish our drink before we were offered an upgraded room at no extra cost. WOW! The room was spacious, beautifully dressed and we were shown our own private balcony with the most spectacular view and this was also very nicely furnished. Everything was as we’d hoped and expected, because the hotel is EXPENSIVE, but we received exactly what we paid for. All the staff were attentive, friendly and helpful. Unfortunately the Pandemic has affected everyone and this hotel has had to do it’s best to survive these difficult times. The facilities in the Spa have been cut back to save costs but when we went to use it the place was warmed and treatments were enhanced to ensure we were more than satisfied. Luxury is expensive and we really enjoyed the pampering!!! All I can say is that this hotel and the treatment of their guests is everything you would expect for the price you have to pay. If wehad unlimited money we would stay only here when we visit Kashmir, which I do often to visit family. Even when we do visit family here we often visit the hotel, just to enjoy the gardens and admire the building and the ambience. Although we may not spend one penny on these visits the treatment by the staff has always been the same as we experienced on this visit. One word to describe this hotel FABULOUS.

A lovely hotel for a leisurely stay in Srinagar. Located out of town on a hill you feel like you are floating above the lake below. Fantastic views, good sized rooms and facilities and lovely and friendly service from all the staff. We had the same hotel driver for the whole stay which made things very easy to arrange each day and the rooms are spread out over the grounds which added to the sense of being close to the lake and mountains.

Superb hotel . Small but extremely neat and the service was phenomenal. Check in was super quick and they made sure we all got rooms on the same floor since we were a group of 7 . Welcome drink was a hot Kawa with honey . And since I don’t have honey they insisted on another welcome drink . So I requested for a masala tea which they delivered piping hot to my room just after check in . The room itself was large spacious and very comfortable. A verandah outside facing the main road .. yes a bit of noise with cars honking etc but honestly didn’t bother us . Adequate drinking water 6 bottles for just two of us ! Breakfast was ok . They can improve quality of taste , food and presentation. But the service at breakfast is so good that it compensates for everything. We also booked a car for sightseeing and airport drop . The hotel was very helpful I guiding us where to go in our limited time frame . Thank you Sheraton .. it was a very good and comfortable stay

It’s a very quaint and peaceful houseboat with all the basic amenities well provided for . We stayed here for few days during the time which it both rained and was sunny and both the times it was a wonderful memorable experience with the views of the lake being exquisite in both the rainy and sunny days . The houseboat is located on the banks of the nageen lake and is accessible via a cute public garden . Best thing about this place is easy accessiblity to land as you don’t need to hire a boat everytime you want to commute as it’s right on the banks . If anyone wants a Shikara ride it can be arranged easily with the boat coming for pick up right at the main deck / balcony . The houseboat is big with spacious living room .. dining .. and 2 bedrooms with attached bath . A big family can comfortably stay here . We occupied one room which can easily accommodate 3 people and its windows directly opened on the lake which was really scenic. You can even sit out on the roof or the deck and enjoy the scenery . As far as the hospitality is concerned it is so warm and welcoming..everyone made us feel like family and took care of all our needs. And we had both breakfast and dinner at the boat and the dinners were impeccable with the taste still lingering on in memory. All in all it was a memorable stay with no complaints and I would personally thank all the hosts and owners for making our stay such a pleasure.
