Hotel is good. It could be finished on it. If serious, then comments, largely not. Good rooms, very well-equipped staff, delicious breakfasts. Outside, something inexplicably resembles Turkish hotels, but it is subjective. I recommend.

ROOMS: spacious with comfortable bed. Big bathroom is equipped with bath and shower both, toiletries. Bathrobes and slippers are provided as well. LOCATION: very good location in the city center, it’s so convenient to go everywhere from the hotel. 25min drive from the airport. FOOD: breakfast (if it’s not included in you room rate it costs 9900 KZT). Restaurant and bar work from morning till night, Irish pub works 24h. We ordered food in the room service menu, all dishes was in in front of us in 30 min. FACILITIES: wi-fi, ATM, spa, gym, room service STAFF: very polite and helpful

Pros: -a stunning view of the city through panoramic windows (recommended for photo shoots😉, photo attached) -cleanliness -presence of a swimming pool -location: in the center, everything can be reached on foot, ideal for tourists. Near mall, supermarket. Cons: -in my room there was a door to another room (there is in the photo, behind the chair) which was not warned about. Through it was heard the conversation and laughter of those living in the next room. At a minimum, you need to warn about this, how to reduce the number to such a number as much as possible - 72% melted SPREAD instead of butter at breakfast! This is terrible for a hotel of this level. - the waiters could not tell how the toaster works, stick a brief instruction to the toaster - tell the waiters at breakfast that brushing the crumbs on the floor is not normal, they must be carefully wiped with a rag and not on the floor, and the crumbs should be removed from under the salt and pepper shakers too!

The room was very clean, the service was very good, the breakfast was very rich, it made people feel at home, the desk was large, it was very convenient to work, suitable for business travel, it felt very good

The first St. Regis hotel in Central Asia. Overall very good! Great room service, the room decoration is very high-end, and all the equipment in the room, such as the electric towel rack, are very convenient. The bed is really comfortable and you can't feel any shaking when you turn around.

I've spent 10 days in Sheraton Astana in October 2023. Me and my mom had 2 separate club rooms and both of us really enjoyed our stay. The hotel is centrally located next to all the attractions, parks, and a huge shopping mall. The rooms are comfortable, quiet, and spacious. The club room serves excellent food for breakfast and dinner, and offers soups for lunch. The spa is great as well. But the best part of staying at the hotel is interactions with the staff. Everyone is helpful, polite, has a nice, positive vibe, and truly cares about their guests. All the little issues that we had were resolved promptly and readily. We spent a lot of time in the club room and I would like to thank all the staff there for taking a great care of us. I want to especially mention Olzhas the club lounge manager who made every visit to a club room enjoyable.

Excellent hotel! Located not in the center, but everything is convenient and in the pedestrian access, transport interchange is kind of convenient.... Nearby a lot of cafes, shopping complexes, huge market! The only minus if you live long.... The cleaner on all floors alone and physically can't manage to clean on all 10 floors, on 10 rose already at 23:30 brought me only water, but also for this she thanks!!!! Recommended to stay!!!!

Stayed here for a week on a work trip. The room was big, clean and everything worked. My big complaint- Why is there nowhere to put your clothes? There was a bar and about 10 hangers, but no drawers. I had thought the whole point of a hotel was to have somewhere to put your clothes. The beds are great, rooms clean, gym in good order and there's even a supermarket nearby, which is handy when it's -20°C with howling wind.

We arrived in Astana for 2 days on a trip. We chose a hotel based on location - in the center. And the photos seemed normal. In fact - horror terrible. Worse than the hotel, yes, also with a claim for 4* I have not seen. The rooms are terribly overshadowed, about go away, in the bathroom the plumbing is old, rusty, on the floor on the carpet right in the middle - huge patches, behind the tumb of garbage lies - paper or wrapper, It is funny to God ..... Everywhere on the ceiling on the plaintus - the unarmed eye can be seen sin, tears, dirt that even did not try to hide. The TV didn't work - called the master. The lighter in the bathroom didn't turn on. The water in the bath flows - the pools. I'm silent about breakfast - it's not breakfast - everything is poor - cashes, pancakes, and eggs can still cook. No choice. And again some neglect and insatiable in the general room and on the table. In general, it is evident that the hotel has a weak management and keeps everyone weak and on ”swallow.” Thank God, only 1 night was - no more.
